How you would use it in battle:I would use it to hide my self to either make a quick escape or to deal unsuspecting damage to my opponent
How you would counter it:The opponent could use a wind style jutsu to blow the mist away
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):To start, Hidan slowly puts up the signature handseals recognized throughout Kirigakure. Next Hidan focuses his chakra into his lungs before altering it into a mist like form. He then opens his mouth and the thick mist disperses over the area.

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Okay gather up some suiton chakra in your hands then use shape manipulation to change the chakra into a water sword, that is able to stab and cut like a normal blade.

How you would use it in battle:I would probably use it to achieve blood as I said in the strengths. Also I would use it my other weapons are unavailable
How you would counter it:I would use a stronger Doton technique to block it or just evade the opponents attacks entirely
How you perform it(with as much detail as you can):Hidan begins to focus and knead chakra into his center. Once he has the right amount he channels it toward his right palm. Next,he begins to mold and alter that chakra into Suiton nature as he uses his mind to alter the shape of the coagulating water blade forming into his hand.

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

Gather your suiton chakra up in your arm then release it holding your arm outwards infront of you, thus creating a shield of water. This can protect you from low level earth techniques, and low level taijutsu techniques [D-rank only] and projectile weapons also.

How you would use it in battle:I would use it to protect myself from ninja tools being thrown at me or to protect me if my oppopnent decides to use Taijutsu
How you would counter it:I would use a higher level Doton tech or evaporate it with strong fire sytle ninjutsu
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):Hidan summons up an amount of chakra into his core before channeling it through to his right arm. He reforms the chakra nto water style as he slowly raises his arm with his palm facing forward. Finally he manipulates the Suiton chakra to take a semi solid form in front of himself.

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Perform the three seals, then gather your suiton chakra in your hands then use shape manipulation to create a whip of water. that you can whip around my clone, lighting techs can be channeled though the whip for a combo attack.

How you would use it in battle:As previously stated I'd conduct lighting style through it as I constrict opponents. Or if I was with a partner I would use it to hold our opponent still for my partner to attack
How you would counter it:I could maybe counter using hiding like a mole tech to slip from the whips grasp or I could take out the user with a shadow clone
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):Hidan begins by first weaving the 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox. He then channels his chakra towards his left hand as he begins to mold that chakra into Suiton. Finally the chakra begins to materialize into that of a whip made of condensed water.Hidan smirks before whipping his arm forward causing the water whip to constrict around the clone in doing so he also channels a portion of Raiton chakra into the whip to surge through it zapping the clone causing it to poof in a billowing cloud of smoke.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Perform the seals, gather your suiton chakra in your mouth, then release a sticky liquid at my feet to trap me in. This technique is very, very handy for most fights, as it traps the target, so you can attack with stronger attacks, without the target moving, only movement they can make is handseals, unless you cover their whole body in the stuff also.

• 1.Can be easily countered if one simply channels chakra to their feet

How you would use it in battle:I would use it for it's obvious purpose in stopping enemy movement. I could also use this jutsu to hold the opponent still while I use earth prison jutsu effectively killing them
How you would counter it:Channeling my chakra to my feet would be the most practical way of dodging while I could also stay from the ground using trees and other foliage to keep out of range of the jutsu.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):Hidan swiftly weaves the appropriate handseals; Ram → Tiger as he gathers up a large sum of suiton chakra into his throat before altering that chakra into that of a sticky liquid-like substance. He spits the chakra infused syrup out at his sensei's feet,seeping them as he channels chakra to his own feet to avoid getting caught himself.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Perform the tiger seal and gather your suiton chakra and release it creating a copy of you but it's made out of water. Pretty simple technique, can perform C-rank water techniques only. But they need a water source to perform said water techniques, also you can only make up to 3.

• 2.Can also be used as a distraction for the user to capitalize on

How you would use it in battle:Like I stated in the advantages I would use it to trick my opponent or I could use it for extra man power
How you would counter it:I could take the obvious route in inflicting damage upon the clone or I could try to separate the user from the clone or vice versa
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):Hidan slowly raises his hands into the tiger handseal as he begins to focus chakra throughout his body. Once he feels he has the right amount Hidan transforms it into water nature and exerts the stored chakra into what appears to be a complete replica of himself .

Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

You need a water source for this technique, you will send your chakra into the water source which will allow you to control the water, so what I want you to do is add a spinning motion to the water to in a sense make it pressurized. You can use the water to deal physical damage which is great, also you can use it to attack from any angle you wish.

• 1.Short ranged,so it can't reach far

How you would use it in battle:I would use it to deal severe damage to my opponent by either using it in conjunction with Raiton or by amplifying the power by altering and spinning the water by pressurizing it. Also, as I stated in the advantages I could use it as a distraction.
How you would counter it:I could just keep out of range of the jutsu since it only reaches a short distance
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):Hidan begins by walking over to the small river that runs through the training field. He focuses his chakra into his feet as he slowly walks over its surface before channeling chakra into the water and manipulating it to rise up in a condensed,spinning drill-like form.

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

So you will need to use the hidden mist technique once more, and once you've done that, I want you to release more chakra into the mist, do it so that you reflect light in such a way that it should blind your target for as long as your target is in the mist.

How you would use it in battle:I would use it for its obvious purpose in blinding my opponent allowing me to strike a fatal blow
How you would counter it:I would use hiding like a mole tech to dodge the mist nullifying its effects. Or I could just saty out of the mist's range since it is only a short to mid range justu
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):To begin this justu Hidan first channels chakra into the small river to his right. He manipulates it to raise up in the form of a thick white mist around himself and his sensei. Finally,he closes his eyes and focuses more chakra into the mist causing the natural day-light to reflect off of it effectively blinding sensei as he smirks.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Depending on the amount of chakra you put into this technique; I want you to clap your hands together, while gathering up your water chakra in said palms, as you clap you will release a vortex of water to form around you, out of nowhere. The vortex will make its way towards my clone, slamming into him.

How you would counter it:I could block it with Earth Style:Shore Return or I could avoid contact
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):Hidan begins by quickly gathering a large amount of chakra into each of his palms before slapping them together. As he does so ,he exerts the chakra to form a rather large vortex around himself made entirely of water that rushes towards Castiel's clone and aggressively crashes into it causing the clone to poof into a cloud of smoke.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of the more used techniques, perform the required seals. While performing the seals, I want you to send you water chakra into the sky. Causing rain clouds to form all around us. It will start to rain, this rain as your chakra in it. So you will be able to sense your opponent and his belongings.
