Ninjutsu is anything that requires chakra other than Genjutsu and Taijutsu. Simple Weapon usage can also be called Ninjutsu.
Ninjutsu was based off the sage of the sixth paths' Ninshu. According to the manga, Ninshu was made to achieve peace, while Ninjutsu was more about war and corruption.
Ninjutsu has two parts, shape transformation, and nature transformation. Shape transformation is what controls the form and movement of the jutsu, for example, a fireball has a shape like a ball, Suiton jutsus can be shaped as waves or as bolts of water. Nature transformation is basically the elements used in a jutsu, for example Fuuton, Katon, Suiton etc.. But also, a Ninjutsu can be only chakra, for example a Rasengan has no elements in it.

Sear gave his Sensei a nod, and quickly started doing as instructed. He opened the palm of his hand and started focusing chakra on it. Within seconds, chakra was formed around his hand.
"I hope I did it right.." Sear told his Sensei with an awkward smile on his face.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.
This one is rather simple but the range is lame, with this one I want you to gather some chakra in your mouth and then use shape manipulation on the chakra to form chakra needles that you will spit at my clone using your great accuracy. This technique seems like it would come in rather good use if you are of course within range of your target.
(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique

Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
With this one, take out two of those giant windmill shurikens, and with the first one throw it towards your target, as soon as you let go of the first shuriken you will throw the second one to hide in the shadow of the first one you threw. This technique can get your target by surprise, and range isn't bad or so.

Sear begins performing the techniques that were give by his Sensei.
First, he would aim at the clone that was approaching him, while focusing his chakra in his mouth, he would then use shape manipulation to turn the chakra into Chakra needles, that he would spit at the clone's face and chest, as soon as it got in range, causing it to disappear in a puff of smoke.
After that, he would take out two giant windmill shurikens, and then aims at another approaching clone, he would throw the first shuriken, and send the other one quickly after it, aimed a little bit lower, which allows it to hide in the shadow of the first one.

Description: The user will create a swarm of sakura(cherry blossoms)petals to surround there opponents and swirl around them causing confusion.The user can then attack there opponent from any angle they choose.Blinds opponents eyes for the turn this jutsu is used.
Now, I want you to gather you chakra and release it around my clone, then use shape manipulation on the chakra to form them into a swarm of sakura's petals. Then proceed to control the petals, swirl them around my clone; blocking the clones vision, allowing you to attack him from any direction, how ever you want. You have to be within close range of your target, which is a bummer for this.
(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
Okay; Take out about 10 kunai with pouches attached to the end of the kunais, put a bunch of small explosive notes in each of the pouches, and then throw them all at once, as soon as they get close to my clone the pouches explode leaving a bunch of explosive notes laying around the clone, then I want you to throw one final kunai with an active explosive note on the said kunai, and then throw it towards my clone; the burning note will ignite all the others on the ground and around my clone causing a huge explosion.

First, Heiko gathers his chakra and releases it around the clone. Using shape manipulation, causing them to form into a swarm of sakuras petals. Heiko manipulates the petals to block the clone's vision of him, allowing Heiko to initiate a surprise attack against it.
After that, he takes out about 10 kunais with pouches attached to them, he then throws them towards the other clone. The small explosive notes explode inside the pouches leaving a bunch of explosive tags around the clone. Quickly after, he throws a final kunai with an active explosive tag towards the clone. The burning note will ignite all the others on the ground and around the clone causing a huge explosion.

Sup, so my training style can be either of two ways. After I post the technique you would simply need to do a performance and analysis of the technique and if im happy with what you have provided we can continue onto the next. From reading your descriptions so far they are quite good, so this is likely the better method to use.
However if I am consistently unhappy with your reply we will switch to a template based training that outlines the techniques more clearly, though we could start with this method from the offset if you wish.
You also have the option of RP style training if you prefer, which is likely better suited to the first method. The choice is yours and then we can begin

Pitou makes her way to the training grounds, whistling to herself. This was her first session as an official Sensei and she was excited to begin, however this session was -ugh- ninjutsu, why did ninjutsu have to be first? Thats like eating the bowl before the ice cream.
Now standing on the field she nods to the sensei who was just leaving as she would be taking over his class, though this only had one student.
Ok, picking up from where Saber-Sensei left off, your next technique is called the empty cicada shell technique.
Demonstrating the jutsu, Pitou focuses a small amount of chakra into her throat while forming the Ram hand seal. She then channels her chakra out in front of herself to the area right behind her student, using the technique to project her voice right behind her student as she continues to talk, hoping to give him a bit of a scare as she smirks to herself.
This technique projects your voice to a chosen location within long range, allowing for some interesting tactics. However this jutsu is very supplementary and offers little pure offensive value, it is more centered around trickery and the like.
Ending the jutsu Pitou motions for her student to give it a try.

When it was his turn to perform, he simply nods and starts focusing his chakra into his throat as he performed the Ram handseal, before channeling his chakra behind a tree nearby. He would use this technique to project his voice behind that tree as he started speaking.
"Test. Test. Bob Bobo bo pew pew pew." Heiko giggled as he ended the Jutsu and waited for his sensei's approval.

Alright so this next one is an assassination style of Ninjutsu, basically making you able to silence the sounds from your movements allowing you to creep up on opponents. Concentrate specifically on what you can hear when i use this jutsu.
