Here is the jutsu. Its pretty self-explanatory if you ask me. Perform the jutsu and throw in a advantage and a disadvantage while your at it.
(Katon: Mangekyo Moesashi Seisei)- Fire Style: Kaleidoscope Ember Formation
Type: Attack/Defense
Rank: S Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user takes out 4 paper bombs and quickly places them on the main directions around him. (East, West, North, South) Once the tags are placed, the user stabs his sword into the ground. As he does this, the user releases fire chakra through his sword and into the ground. The fire chakra heats the ground to extreme levels before erupting into the tags causing the tags to explode sending small spheres of fire which explode upon contact outward. The user then removes his sword from the ground and holds it in the air. The spheres of fire are drawn back to the sword by similar chakra. The spheres collide with each other about 3 meters from the ground and explode, the user with his chakra still focused into the explosion molds the fire which is raining down to form a cone of fire which protects him from various jutsu. The prep is long, but the spontaneous nature of the jutsu makes it effective.
Note: Spheres of fire reach short range before retracting to the sword, the spheres of fire if they come in contact with any solid explode and trigger the other spheres which also explode
Note: Can only be used once per battle
Note: No fire jutsu the next turn

Complicated jutsu but a nice one nontheless, i can see myself using it oftenly Lol simply taking 4 paper bombs and placing them on north/south/west/east directiouns, after doing this then simply stab the sword into the ground and release fire chakra through it into the ground and heat the ground into extreme levels until it erupts the tags causing them to explode and send small spheres of fire which explode upon contact with any object, then after that you need to remove the sword from the ground and hold it in the air and all the spheres are drawn back to the sword and then they collide with each other about 3 meters from the ground and explode while still focusing the chakra into the sword creating a cone of fire which protects the user from various jutsus but still be user offensively too. It has a long preparation and the spheres reach short range before retracting to the sword, if they come in contact with any solid object then they will explode and trigger the other spheres that also explode. Long ass jutsu Lol but pretty useful, it can be used in both ways defensively and offensively, i would mainly use this to protect myself from incoming wide range wind jutsus or maybe attack the opponent with the cube of fire.

(Fuuton:Windsuta-dasuto Doragon) Wind Style: Stardust Dragon

Description: The user begins by channeling his wind chakra into both his hands. Once the user has gathered enough wind chakra in each hand, his hand begins to give off a pearly white glow due to the concentrated chakra. The user then slams both his hands together in front of him releasing the wind chakra from his hands in five large orbs of wind in five different directions. As soon as the chakra leaves the hand, the user transforms the wind orbs to change into the heads of a dragon similar to 'Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique'. The dragons carry enough force to easily break bones and deal great damage if hitting the opponent. The dragons trajectory paths can be controlled by the user allowing him to hit five opponents, even if the were all running in different directions.
Note:
Can only be used two times per battle.

Okay cool jutsu i really like this, it's pretty versatile since it can hit from 5 different directions and has great crushing powers, firstly i need to mold wind chakra in the hands and then release it in the shape of five orbs that are in five different directions and change their shapes into the heads of a dragon similar to the great dragon fire jutsu, i would personally use this jutsu to both attack and defend from an opponent, if the opponent uses a s-rank lightning jutsu or another jutsu except fire i can simply create 5 dragons, 2 to protect me while the other 3 attack the opponent at the same time this is a great advantage, the disadvantage is that it can be easily burned by a fire jutsu, a b-rank fire ball would destroy all 5 of them, also controlling 5 of them requires a high amount of concentration. Personally this is one of the bests jutsus in my arsenal, i have a idea how to revamp this jutsu to create a slightly and more advanced and powerful version of this but for the time being it's cool, i really see myself using this oftenly since i can both attack and defend from this.
