Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado
Counter: I would most probably attack them from bellow, where they are unprotected, with an earth jutsu. Or a powerful A-rank Wind jutsu that would both defeat the dragon and go for the user.
Adv.~ This is a nice justsu because, even though it's primarily offensive, the user creates a spinning vortex around their body, protecting them from all sides. The defense is active even from the above, because the dragon form above the head, which rarely happen. The dragon is large and massive and can affect even in long range. It's hard to dogde it, especially because even if the dragon doesn't directly hit the the target, the lightning from the vortex could jump towards it.
Dis.~ The only serious disadvantage I would highlight is that the spinning lightning restrics the user's vision which can be exploited by the opponent.
Lightning Release: Telegram Flash
Counter: Against this, I would use a Wind justu which would perhaps push me away from that spot, or protect me from bellow, or even all sides. It depens on what I'm going to do for a counter-attack.
Adv.~ The lightning travels extremely fast and thus your opponent doesn't have much time to react. This would be cool to use to create an oppening, as the oppoent could perhaps somehow throw themselves into the air to avoid it, and that woud make them vulnerable and create a good oppenint. It's good that the user can control the size of the area that the lightning will affect. Which means that you could attack a normal human being or even a larger summoning animal.
Dis.~ It's a shame that it requires 4 hand seals, which slows the process, and that it doesn't go into long range.
Lightning Style: Thunderbolt
Counter: I would use a Wind jutsu which would easaly pass through the field of lightning bolts and go directly for the user.
Adv.~ Great for attacking multiple targets, mostly clones. It's even better if they are underwater.
Dis.~ It's not good against one opponent, as the strength is divided into many smaller brances. Furthermore, as this requires you to use both hands, it makes you very vulnerable against attacks. You wouldn't have a free hand to defend and would have to end using the technique to be able to quickly respond. And that is very messy, leaving a lot of space for your opponent to strike.
