[Suiton] with Luther

Hello Shmoney and welcome to your training class. I luther will be your teacher and the one with the responsibility to teach you the techniques and help you master the element, while making sure you understand all the workings and uses of It. Being this our first class I want you to tell me in details some information to the element you will be learning. I have your training thread subscribed to and would be notified when you reply, I ask that you don’t bug me or remind me for training, unless 6 days has passed since my last reply, at which point you should send me a VM/PM.

1- Water release is manifesting one's chakra and giving it properties of water. Although these properties aren't displayed in the 'water' chakra (because chakra will just look like chakra), but they will show once the water chakra is expelled from the body and comes in contact with air.
2- Water release is unique because its properties are unique to it. It has the ability to form ice and can also expand as it becomes ice. It's very easy to utilize in RP and is good in conjunction with almost any element such as Lightning. Since water conducts lightning they make a deadly combination being able to paralyse/shock the opponent and cause 3rd degree burns.
3- Water release is superior to fire because it cools out the flame. The reason water extinguishes flames is because it is exceptionally good at absorbing heat. Water both takes a lot of energy to raise in temperature and to transform into steam, so dumping a large quantity of water on a fire will decrease the temperature down to a level where flames are not actively propagating. Moreover it's weak against the earth element because since it's a liquid it doesn't have enough power to overcome it. Solid > Liquid. The earth bends and dominates the water.
4- Kakashi, Zabuza, Kisame, Mei, Second Mizukage, that's it?
5- Ram

An advantage is that if the opponent is standing on a water source they would have little to no time to react because you make the water explode from right underneath them and knocking them off balance. This is then followed up by a dangerous whirlpool.
[B]How would you defend/counter/exploit the jutsu if used on you[/B] I would immediately disperse foreign chakra infected water because I wouldn't be able to react to the water exploding beneath my feet.
[B]Questions and what ifs[/B] Nope
[B]You Performing The Jutsu. After moulding large amounts of suiton chakra Kakashi directs the chakra outwards and into the water source below his clone. Once he has merged his chakra with the water he causes a sudden explosion of it which in turn launched the clone up. Whilst the helpless clone is suspended in mid air and Kakashi dashes forwards and jumps into the air also. As he does this he moulds and covers his arm in suiton chakra which he uses to form a whirlpool around his arm to strike the clone down back to the ground.
Creatively Combine these jutsu with one or two other techniques.[/B] Inducing the opponent in any sort of genjutsu before performing this technique will definitely work. Also you can summon a wave of water 1 cm above the opponent (stormy blockade). Not only will this distract him momentarily but after inducing them in a genjutsu they will have no chance to react to this combination.

How will Use This Jutsu In Battle
[B]-3 advantages and disadvantages[/B]
An advantage is that with this jutsu you're able to defend from attacks and at the same time use it as a water source to create more water jutsus. Another advantage is that it prevents the opponent from engaging in CQC with you.
A disadvantage is that you will need create a water source. This is not very effective because by the time you've perform this jutsu you'd have used two of your three moves. Another disadvantage is that you will need to perform a series of handseals which take time and give the opponent an open window to strike with faster jutsus.
[B]-How would you defend/counter/exploit the jutsu if used on you[/B] I would definitely use a combination of lightning attacks that could potentially shock him and electrify the water.
[B]-Questions and what ifs[/B] Nope
[B]-You PERFORMING The Jutsu.[/B] After moulding large amounts of suiton chakra Kakashi performs a series of handseals Ram → HORSE → Bird and using an existing water source he merges his suiton chakra with it. He then uses shape manipulation to raise a large section of the water source and 'spins' it to create a vortex which would move in a circular motion around him.

It's an even stronger version of the sibling and also it's wide range meaning the opponent can't evade from it. Once you have used it if it isn't evaporated by a fire jutsu you can use the scattered remaining's as a water source. And it only requires one handseal so it takes little to no time to perform. In addition unlike it's previous version you're able to keep it as a bullet or change it's form to that of an orb.
A disadvantage is that it obstructs your vision from the opponent, and likewise. This would allow them to go into the ground and you wouldn't even know unless you have a sensory ability on.
[B]-How would you defend/counter/exploit the jutsu if used on you[/B]I would go underground and counter attack from there.

-[B]You PERFORMING The Jutsu.[/B] Kakashi accumulates a huge amount of suiton chakra in his mouth. After performing the ram seal he exhales out and fire a huge destructive water bullet that covers a wide area.
[B]Creatively Combine these jutsu with one or two other techniques.[/B] I would use [B]Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique[/B] before this because of the chance that my opponent could slip underground without me noticing it. I could also use other offensive water jutsus that require a water source.

Nice. Regarding Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave, I wouldn't say that it really blocks your vision of the opponent unless they've already drowned deep underwater. Even if they did, I'd say you can still see them to a certain extent once the water has calmed down and turned into an orb.
Ok, for all techniques that I post, I only want you to perform the technique then analyze it (basically say what you think of it and eventually give some advantages and disadvantages). Plz no weird BBCoding <__>

After performing the required handseals, you manipulate an existing water source and turn it into a giant wolf. By keeping on focusing onto manipulating the beast (meaning that you cannot perform other techniques in the meantime) you can make it release powerful B-Rank streams of water or make it sweep its claws to cause a torrent of water.

By a swing of your arm and manipulating the water source surrounding your opponent, you cause a powerful vortex around them that sends them flying upwards.
