Once more Orochimaru listened to his sensei's instructions. The hiding in the mist jutsu it was famed in Kirigakure for it's potency especially among the swordsman of the mist. Orochimaru would make a single handseal applying the same chakra control as before, but once he had gained control of the water he would apply more of the principles of wind based chakra to make the water vapors rise and condense, forming a light mist. Pumping more chakra in to the ability while maintaining the handseal Orochimaru would cause the mist to become very thick and dense making it impossible to see at all.

A wonderful technique for subterfuge sensei, personally I would use this technique with the assimilate all creation technique to sneak up on my opponent from beneath the earth for a surprise attack, or with my sword of kusunagi to attack them from multiple angles whilst they're blind and to cover my own movements.

Good. I like the scenario where you use it with the Assimilate all Creation technique. But if you use the Leech Attack technique instead, you can you move through this mist totally undetected by almost any canon means; as chakra sensors will not sense you as you move through the ground, and doujutsu users will also not see you due to the mist.

Now, I want you to perform these two techniques together because they do go hand in hand. Visualize a sword in your mind, and then using your water chakra, create a water sword in your dominant hand.
The same process applies for the second technique, but instead of a sword, form a shield in your other hand.

Focusing his chakra in to his dominant hand first he would project the shape of a double edged Chinese jian much like his sword of kusanagi. Forming a replica of it from water chakra. Before focusing his chakra once more in to his left hand and forming a small circular shield in his left hand much like an Athenian shield. With these formed he would take a few practice swings before explaining to his sensei that he would most likely make use of those techniques in close combat situations to quickly form weapons instead of drawing them. However they would most likely merely serve as distractions for him to use the sword of kusanagi inside his body to land a fatal surprise attack.

For this next technique, we introduce hand seals. Hand seals are used to manipulate the exact amount of chakra you need to perform a technique. Now, with that info in the back of your mind, focus on your water chakra and string a sequence of three hand seals. Then mold it whilst releasing it at the same time to create a whip which can be used to attack opponent's up to mid range.

Before expelling the focused chakra in to his right hand creating a large whip made of water chakra that he was able to swing around and bind or grab items or people with.

Scenarios I would use this in, probably attempting to grab and bind someone before paralyzing them by combining lightning chakra with the whip. Additionally it could possibly be used to lift and throw discarded or previously used ninja tools towards my opponent to distract them from the actual whip attempting to grab them, making it harder to counter.

Very good. Next is an interesting technique. With your water chakra, gather and release a large quantity of water on the ground. However, make sure to increase its viscosity so it becomes capable of trapping a target who touches it.

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.​

Orochimaru would listen to his sensei and begin to focus water chakra inside his stomach normally. Before focusing on more viscous elements such as the concept of using viscous mud with earth release. By combining these aspects with water he is able to create the sticky syrup sempai mentioned.

Scenarios would be mostly for surprise purposes perhaps spitting this in or on to a water technique or body of water my opponent is already on then forcing him under the water somehow. Maybe use this to create a body of sticky water then use that water for a water prison.

Second one isn't as hard to perform as orochimaru already knows the concept of elemental cloning pretty well. Doing so he would do so forming the clone from water nearby himself.

scenario's are quite varied given the fact this is a clone. Essentially as I'm aware the main benefit of a clone is being able to use two moves during the same timeframe. So really useful scenarios is quite high he if the clone can only use c rank.

Alright. Next you force water to erupt underneath the opponent in a spiralling motion. However, this powerful technique can only be used when your opponent is on water.

Scenarios.

The first requires the user to condense his chakra in to a water source and cause droplets of the water to fire upwards like bullets that spiral and have considerable killing power. Good scenarios would be using it on top of a water source while engaging an opponent in close combat you could avoid their attack freeform while causing the water bullets to fire from behind them making a powerful combination you could follow up with your own attack freeform to keep them distracted and combating attacks from different angles.

The second you cause the light to refract inside the hidden mist. Useful scenarios would be setting up a silent killing attempt or blinding the opponent to allow you to engage in close range combat of any sort.

This technique allows you to materialise water from within your vicinity in a vortex like manner by simply clapping your hands. With this water vortex you can now attack your target.

Scenarios.

A lot of people use this next one. I believe you'll also find out ways to apply this effectively in battle. Weave six hand seals, and then using your chakra, form rain clouds in the sky. Imbue the clouds heavily with your chakra, so that when the raindrops begin to fall, they are laced with your chakra. This way, anyone the rain touches can be sensed by you.

Scenarios.

The first seems quick and adaptable as both an offense and a defense. Only in the reverse order, so scenarios I would use it in, probably countering lower ranked fire techniques and following quickly with an attack of my own, using the remainder of the water wave. Also it could be used as a counter to taijutsu or kenjutsu. Using the defensive aspect of the vortex to smash your enemy and drag them away from you.

The second technique seems pretty basic but obviously very useful. It's essentially allowing you a form of sensory, extra sensory perception even. When using this you gain a sixth sense. So I would tend to use this whenever I could if I didn't have sensory abilities on my bio. Given the obvious uses for an extra sense for danger.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.​
