Tell me what you know about Dark Release

Dark Release is a kekkei genkai that essentially gives the user the ability to absorb chakra and use it as their own. Every participant that harbors this unique skill bares two overlapping diamonds on their palms. The upper diamond is where chakra is absorbed and the lower diamonds is where that same chakra is released. When released, the absorbed chakra takes form of a dark substance; its properties and physical appearance most akin to Fire Release.

I believe Dark Release is strong against Fire, Lightning, and Wind but weak against Earth and Water because it cannot absorb it.

Alright after absorbing a jutsu with your mark use your chakra to release a dark wave of chakra at my clone. This is a simple jutsu but still requires you to absorb a jutsu beforehand. Korra creates a clone and has it launch a C rank fire jutsu at you.

*Focusing chakra specifically in the upper diamond, I immediately lift my arm forward as the fireball collides with my palms. I then utilize my chakra, absorbing the fireball into mere chakra and then sending that same chakra towards the opponent as a wave of dark flames, reminiscent to the fire element.

Description: The user can make small dark release energy blasts, shields or any form he wishes to make through the usage of dark release. However, it's not a solid matter as its substance is almost like Wind Release.

So this is one made by Ryujin I had way before hand but its basically like a basic dark jutsu dark jutsu to kinda follows like the basic wind jutsu. You can create blast, shields and tools of dark release. These of course wont be solid but more substance based. What would you personally make? Do you see yourself using this alot or no?

Firstly you simply absorb a technique from the opponent and use the chakra to form shields/blasts through shape manipulation.

I would honestly use it to its full potential. It may seem weak, since its a C-Rank and the shields/blasts are quite small, but its very versatile for one technique. But considering there are so much better techniques, I probably won't use it as much as I intend to.

Description: By activating the absorption mark in one of his hands and touching an enemy, the user is able to absorb up to 40 chakra points on contact. This chakra can then be used to fuel release-type Dark Release techniques.

This is like the chakra absorption jutsu lol by using your mark and making making direct contact with the opponent you can absorb up to 40 points chakra. You can than use the chakra your absorb for a dark jutsu that requires you to absorb a jutsu before hand. This would be great when you are doing hand to hand combat with an opponent. This is also kinda risky since you have to be in close range and opponent could use nagashi or put a fuuin seal on you while you try to absorb chakra from them.

There are better routes into absorbing the opponent's chakra but this technique is very useful.

I would not even use this in CQC since the opponent can easily back off. If the opponent were to be constricted or paralyzed, I would definitely use it since you know that the opponent will not pull off a technique while you bathe in their chakra.

Description: By gathering dark chakra into both their hands, the user can then unleash a powerful and focused shock wave that, when it hits a person close range it could cause tremendous internal damage.
Note: Must have absorbed enemy techniques before using

After absorbing a jutsu channel the chakra into both hands. Use the chakra to release a powerful and focused shock wave that when it hits my clone it causes tremendous internal damage. Could jutsu here and can for sure slow and damage an opponent good. Due note that an opponent could create an armor or wall to protect from the shockwave but if they get hit by it it will effect them. This would be good if when you release this you have something distracting them that way they arent focused on the shockwave.

(Meiton: Kyūketsukō) - Dark Release: Inhaling Maw

Description: The user uses their dark release to forcibly extract the physical and spiritual energy (chakra) of another ninja and absorb it through the upper square of the mark on his left hand, which can then be used to perform Dark Release: Judgment.
Note: Can absorb up to A-Rank Wind, Fire and Lightning techniques, S-Rank raw chakra or C-Rank Water, all within reason. Has no effect on Earth techniques.

you can see Hiruko using this in the video. Basically using your mark and chakra you take the the upcoming jutsu coming at you and absorb it into the mark. By doing so it allows you to use other dark jutsu. You must always use this jutsu before you can use most other dark jutsus. This jutsu is pretty useful expect against earth jutsu so be prepared to go against people that will spam earth so that way you cant use other dark jutsus lol

Description:
The user will spread his arms to the sides and point his palms outwards in opposing directions, activating his absorption squares in both his hand markings. As he does, a radial vortex-like effect is creating towards each hand. By doing this, the user is able to defend from attacks (following the elemental weaknesses and strengths of the KG) that are thrown at him from all directions, as the vortexes will direct them to the markings. However, if the user fails to keep both arms and markings perfectly opposed to each other, the vortexes will become unstable and fail


By point your arms apart in two different directions use your marks to create a vortex like effect toward each hand. You can use this to defend attacks coming at you following the elemental strengths and weaknesses. You have to keep both arms opposed each so if you have like one of your arms hurt and to the point you cant lift it than you wont be able to use this jutsu. A good defense jutsu that is kinda like the water tornado jutsu in ways. Of course someone could attack from below or simply use earth

In the previous video you will see this jutsu being used by Hiruko lol After absorbing a jutsu use your chakra in your mark to release it in the shape of blue flames. This is kinda like Magical Cylinder from Yugioh where you take an attack and redirect it back but this time you change it into something else lol

(Meiton: Kyūkyoku no Kyūketsukō) Dark Release: Ultimate Inhaling Maw

Rank: S-Rank

Description:
The user, when facing an attack, will clap his hands together and separate them right after. As he separates his hands, a small dark sphere will be between them. The user maintains his hands close to sustain the small sphere while it siphons any enemy technique or enemy chakra within range towards itself. The sphere is a "void" made by activating both absorbing markings in the users hand at the same time and opposing them to each other, which creates this effect. This technique is essentially a more advanced and powerful version of Dark Release: Inhaling Maw and enables the user to absorb higher ranked techniques. However, when used, the user needs to wait one turn to use Dark Release absorption related techniques.

Clap your hands together and than separate them and create a small dark sphere between them.The sphere will siphon my clone's jutsu or chakra within range of the sphere. This works as Inhaling Maw and can be sued to power other dark jutsus later but you have to wait an extra turn
