(Suiton: Hahonryuu) - Water Style: Destruction Torrent
Baraggan channeled his chakra to his palm and converted it into Suiton chakra. He then weaved a set of handseals an released the chakra in the form of a vortex of water. This vortex would then become a spiraling wall of water.

Pros
1. Can be used to stop incoming projectiles
2. Can be used to momentarily keep out of the opponents sight

Cons
1. Too many handseals for such a weak technique.

(Suiton: Suuiryudaan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique
Baraggan weaved a really long set of handseals, and then channeled his chakra into a nearby water source. He then proceeded to manipulate the water, and shaped it into a significantly large dragon. After he had done so, Baraggan manipulated the dragon to come crashing down on its target.


Pros
1. The user can use the dragon to smash into the enemy, and kill him.

Cons
1. Requires a water source
2. Wayyyy too many handseals

(Suiton: Suiryuben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip
Baraggan weaved the Tiger handseal and channeled his chakra into the air, compressing it into a small orb of water. He then manipulated the water in the orb to shape numerous whips.

1. Has the element of surprise

Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.
Another handseal required technique. After you do those manipulate your water chakra and release it in the form of a spinning column of water in front of you. Using shape manipulation, the column takes the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake rushes towards a target while twisting and swallows them. After that it disperses into a river which washes and carries the target away, effectively restricting their movement.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source
One of the best B ranked techniques. You basically create a flow of gushing water beneath your enemy's feet. The gushing water takes the shape of a sphere which traps the target in. Similar to Water Prison technique, but you don't need to keep your arm in the sphere of water. You can even do this when you are mid ranged from your target. The target trapped in will have a hard time moving and won't be able to breathe. You can attack while this is active. It also doesn't require a water source, as it creates one itself.

Perform the needed handseals and knead your water chakra. Use then shape manipulation in order to release a big jet of water from your mouth. The destructive power of the jet isn't to be underestimated, and this jutsu has a nice chemistry with the stated Lava Release technique.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Slam your hands on the ground and send your water chakra around the target's zenith, from which you manifest a great volume of water which rains down upon the target. The force of the water traveling downwards can be quite lethal, as it crushes you and stomps you against the ground. However, for it to have this effect you need to summon the water at least 10m above the target. Alternatively, you can cancel this technique in an instant.

With this technique you basically become one with a water source so you can't seen. Though you're still detectable from sensory ninjas and Dojutsu users. It's basically a suicide move if your opponent is one of those.

Baraggan channeled his chakra into the sky, positioning it 10m above and manipulating it to control the water vapours in the surrounding. Instantly, this resulted in a massive amount of water forming which then began to descend upon the battlefield

Cons

2. Weak and can easily be negated using a Wind Technique. It also has to be created 10m above so its easily noticeable and can be countered in time.

(Technique #3)
Baraggan channeled his chakra throughout his body, manipulating it to adopt the characteristics of the water source. This allowed him to blend in with, and merge with the water source; allowing himself to be concealed from normal shinobi.

The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.
One of my favourite water techniques. Perform the snake handseal and spill a large volume of water from your mouth. It should fill the entire battlefield if worded right. You basically create another water layer which you and your opponent stand on. You can ride the waves and travel at high speeds, or send them at your enemy. You can also use the water source to perform water techniques.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.
Do the dog handseal and release your chakra into the atmosphere. This way you create clouds, from where it will rain a lot. This rain can be manipulated into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet, and also taking a grasp of him. This technique is unique because it absorbs the target's chakra. You can sustain the vortex for as long as you keep the hand seal up.

One of the simpler techniques. Jump in the air and thrust your sword on the ground. Then manipulate your water chakra in order to create a pillar of water around you to throw the enemy back.

Advantage 1. The user can ride the wave to evade techniques, and can also use this technique to create a water source.

This would create a large cloud,and induce raining. The heavy rainfall would in turn create a wave of water which would bind the target and absorb his chakra.

Advantage 1. Very creative and dangerous if used correctly

Disadvantage 1. Technique fails if clouds are blown away

In order to do this, you either need a clone or an ally. You basically perform the Destruction Torrent water technique, and your ally the other needed technique. Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

First of all, the amount of the handseals is a turn off, but it doesn't matter to water specialists. Can come in handy if used right. You basically create a vortex in the form of a ring in front of you, which explodes into a large source of water, expanding its waves all over the battlefield. It has tremendous powers which can hollow out the ground. You can use this with a water source, or without it, which requires the use of chakra.

Baraggan kneaded chakra in his stomach, converting the normal water to a sticky adhesive liquid by considerably increasing it's velocity. He then spew out the liquid and shaped it into a rope.

Adv. Can be used to bind the enemy

Disadv. Given that it is very thick and viscous, it is safe to assume that the rope is overall very 'slow' in moving around.

Whenever your opponent is standing on a water source, you manipulate your water chakra in order to create four sharks of water. These sharks will rush and knock the opponent high in the air, breaking several of their bones as they do so. Then you can attack with swords or other ninja techniques, seeing as the opponent is vulnerable to any thing.


(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash

Another technique which requires a water source. You send huge amounts of water chakra which will make a large amount of water to gather. This gigantic wave levels anything in its path by crashing into the opponent. It was strong enough to push the Eight Tails.



(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

With this, you create a wall of water around you. Perform the necessary handseals and use your own chakra or an external water source. This water wall is released in a manner that encircles the user, making it an absolute defense. Your vision isn't blocked by this, and you can continue with your next attack while defending, which is one of the best advantages of this technique.

Baraggan stood upon a water source, and channeled his chakra into it. Dividing his chakra into 4 sections, he manipulated each section to create a single shark (total 4) which he then launched at his opponent. The sharks would bite through the opponents flesh and bones, and Baraggan would finally finish the job by slitting the opponents neck.

Adv. The sharks can easily too right through the enemy and leave him in a near dead state

Disadv. Requires a water source

Baraggan channeled his chakra into the water underneath him, manipulating it to create a massive wave of water which after riding up, slammed right down on the enemy's dead body and swept it away

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Like the B rank technique, it works in a similar manner. But there are some differences. You expel a larger amount of water by doing the ram handseal, which basically creates a sea (figuratively). The waves generates can be quite deadly. If you wish, you can form the water source into a gigantic worb, which traps the target inside and restricting him from breathing.

He then jumped into the air himself, directly above the opponent and created a large whirlpool around his right arm which he used to strike the enemy and smash him into the ground.

Adv. Water exploding is something the enemy might not suspect. Overall, technique is very creative and strong

Disadv. Requires a water source and also for the user to jump up into the air afterwards. Basically, the enemy can intercept the technique

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

As they're airborne, you perform the needed handseals and make several water bullets shot up (presicely 8) in order to damage and disorient him. The water bullets then travel above the opponent and take the shape of a water dragon which coils down from above the target, and bites him while traveling towards the ground. The force of the dragon is very high, leaving the opponent dead. You need to be a water primary specialist to do this techique.

This is a prime example of a very powerful water stream, and how deadly it can be. Inhale while molding a large amount of water chakra in your chest, and exhale a large quantity of water in the form of a strong torrent. It can tear through any obstacle in its path. The amount of the water is large enough to fill massive holes in the battlefield in a short amount of time.
