Naruto can now create rasengans and even rasen shurikens with one hand.
He doesnt need clones anymore and he doesnt need chakra hands anymore to do this.

In the last few chapters he made a yoton rasen shuriken with Son Gokus power and a jiton rasengan with Shakakus power. Both one handed.

Keep in mind, this is manga. Next week Madara will get his 2nd Rinnegan and start to stall for time. Eventually Naruto's Juubi-chakra mode will run out and Sasuke will get tired. Madara has mad chakra reserves now since he's the real 10 tails host. Eventually he'll reveal that he was stalling for time to activate project tsuki no me. We'll get a few trippy chapters of everyone in a dream world that resembles part-1 (this is bound to translate as ENDLESS filler in the anime.. ugh) and then the final battle part 2.
