I'm going to go ahead and assume this is one of your first training lessons here. So we'll start with the basics. First I just want to say that since you're a Chuunin you'll only be able to learn up to the C-Rank techniques. Thankfully, Earth Release is quite a long list and will give you ample time to rank up throughout. Should however we reach a point in the training where your rank doesn't allow you to move past I won't drop you or anything. Simply I'll just wait for you to get the next rank in posts. That way you don't have to go through the hassle of finding a new teacher.
So, we'll be learning Earth. And personally I believe earth is one of the best, if not the best, elements out of the basic five. Maybe I'm bias maybe I'm not o-o. Dunno lol. Anyways, earth is incredibly versatile and powerful capable of taking many shapes and sizes and being able to be produced from our own bodies as well as the earth itself giving us a wide range of methods to attack and defend. So, this training is going to be discussion based. I don't ask for advantages, disadvantages, or anything like that. I don't believe in those things. It's too cut and dry, black and white, etc etc. No technique has a clear cut disadvantage to its use or clear cut advantage. A technique simply has a place in battle and where we use it is what truly counts.
So, building on that, I'll be asking you in the training to perform a technique with detail from the molding of chakra to the actual technique, and then I'll be asking for an analysis and your thoughts on the technique. We'll pick apart techniques no matter how basic or complicated to give you an idea of when to use them and how to use them. I always encourage you to ask any questions no matter how basic or complex and if I can't get an answer I'll ask my sensei Madara for it. Be detailed and use your imagination in the training. Even if it feels what you are going to say is risky don't be afraid to say it. Being wrong is simply a way to learn.

Alright! Excellent. So I'm going to assume this is one of your first training sessions. So we'll begin with the very basics. These may seem tedious but remember just think of all of this as sort of an investment for your future custom techniques and placing these canon techniques in battle properly.
Right, so I want you to begin by explaining to me what a ninja is, what is chakra, what composes chakra, and what are the three branches of ninja arts. Be as detailed as you can!
A ninja is, as defined by Naruto Uzumaki, is one who endures. A ninja or shinobi is the main focus of the Naruto series and is what we are roleplaying. Female ninja are called Kunoichi. They can use either ninjutsu, taijutsu or genjutsu. They are described as fast and skilled. They are members of hidden villages, ie Village Hidden in the Leaf, Village Hidden in the Rain, etc. They are tasked missions by their Kage and are paid afterwards. When their village is in war, they unite to fight for their town. Ninjas who betrayed their villages are marked as missing ninjas and are hunted down.
There are four ranks of ninjas. Before becoming one, in Konoha, children go to the Academy to learn the basic jutsus, mostly the E-Ranks. They are expected to master a certain one before becoming a ninja. Rock Lee also graduated even without using Ninjutsu, because of his lack of talent. Afterwards, they become Genin and start doing missions. They are assigned a Jounin leader and go on D-rank misssions. When the members become stronger, they take on C-Rank missions. The Chunin Exams are held to promote Genins to chunins. When a chunin, their missions become C or B-Rank. The Kage then chooses if one becomes a Jounin. They can lead a team and go on B, A and sometimes S Rank missions. There is a special kind. S-Jounin who are superior to only one field. The highest is Kage, the leader of the village. There are 5 kages, Hokage of the Leaf, Kazekage of the Sand, Tsuchikage of the Stone, Raikage of the Cloud and the Mizukage of the Mist.
Chakra is one, if not the most fundamental things of a ninja. They use chakra in every jutsu they use. Chakra can be manipulated through process called shape manipulation and nature manipulation. Shape manipulation is shaping chakra to any shape possible. Nature manipulation is changing the nature of chakra. There are five chakra natures, Fire, Earth, Lightning, Water, Wind. Every ninja has one natural affinity.
Chakra originated from the Holy Tree's fruit. Kaguya ate the fruit gaining chakra. Her sons, Hagoromo and Hamura were also born with chakra. Hagoromo teached people ninshu, giving them the ability to make chakra. Instead of using it to communicate with each other, they used it to fight each other in more treacherous ways.
Chakra is composed of physical energy found in one's body and spiritual energy found in one's mind. When properly molded, it forms chakra and can be flowed throughout the chakra pathway system. Senjutsu energy is from the surroundings. Toads and snakes are able to take sage energy in and create another form, Sage Mode. Naruto Uzumaki learned this from the toads.

Alright, this is a very good start. Let's break this down now. So, first allow me to expand your knowledge on ninja. You mention a lot of the villages and village related stuff and that's great. But keep in mind there are also rogue ninja such as the Akatsuki. But they don't have to be limited to that group. Now remember Ninja are those who who use the tools at their disposal to achieve their goals. That is an over arching concept applied to all Ninja that we have seen.
Now, let's start working on what you understand about chakra. You had a good chunk of the basics but missed one important point? What is chakra composed of itself? How do you make it?
Chakra is composed of one's stamina. By molding both physical energy from the body and the spiritual energy from the mind (collectively known as stamina) one forms chakra. It can then travel throughout the Chakra Circulatory System.
Alright, great. That's what I was looking exactly. Essentially our physical energy, harvested from our cells, and our spiritual energy, coming from our mind and soul, combine to form chakra. Now this process itself is entirely passive. It just happens. We don't have control over it without very advanced training which we refer to as Yin (the spiritual aspect) and Yang (the physical aspect). These two are Yin-Yang Release and it basically governs the NarutoVerse. Yin allows the creation of something from nothing while Yang allows one to breathe life into those creations. It is balance. However, that is a lesson and ability that not many people know right now and won't for quite some time. It isn't a normal and readily available ability in the RP currently.
It is with this chakra that we perform ninjutsu of all of the three major fields, even taijutsu. Now ninjutsu in our training will refer to elemental ninjutsu, specifically Earth Release. However, it can refer to anything which needs chakra. Which is essentially everything. Everything we do takes chakra. Just in varying quantities. Genjutsu does as well. Using chakra we manipulate our opponent's five senses to cause all sorts of hallucinations. And finally taijutsu. This field normally doesn't require as much chakra as other ninjutsu. However there is a branch called NinTaijutsu. Examples of this are Shikotsumyaku (Dead Bone Pulse) and something like the Raikage's lightning NinTaijutsu combinations and armor.
Alright! So, let's move on. Remember if you have questions please don't hesitate to ask. So, now, tell me everything you know about the steps to perform a ninjutsu technique. Start from molding spiritual and physical energy and then move through what we call Nature Transformation and Shape Manipulation. Let's see how you do!
First, mold your spiritual and physical energy to form raw chakra. Apply nature manipulation (if needed) to the element desired (Fire, Earth, Lightning, Wind, Water). Send the chakra through your chakra points to where you desire they'll be (ex, hand; send chakra to the chakra points in hand). Then apply shape manipulation. Shape the chakra to whatever you desire. Finally, release the jutsu (from the mouth, when its in there) and well, attack.

Pretty good. That was essentially it...lacked some detail. But nonetheless that was good and you hit the points needed. Anyways, we're going to move on now to the techniques. Remember, for these we aren't talking about explicit advantages and disadvantages. Also, because this is one of your first training sessions try to be as detailed as possible. Ask questions. Take risks. The worst thing that can happen is that you make a mistake and that is why this is training. So remember begin by performing the technique and then give me your thoughts.

Our first technique is sort of a 'toolset' earth jutsu. With this anywhere within short to mid range (traditionally meaning up to 10 meters around you) you can create various constructs composed of earth. The limit to this technique is pretty much your imagination within reason. You can't form some powerful complex creature or anything like that. But you can form practically anything from a simple pillar or to manipulate the earth itself to gather rocks and what not to bind an opponent's feet to the ground. Remember as with most techniques in Earth Release you have to be in contact with the ground. Give it your best shot!
