The user kneads chakra along with natural energy and then converts it into large amount of high-viscosity water within their mouth, before spitting it outward with an incredible amount of force. The force of this technique combined with its monstrous volume gives it the capability to quickly cover a wide area and span throughout a large range.
Note: Can only be used by Toads who can use Senjutsu or signers of the Toad contract

A technique where you will combine water chakra and Sen chakra, to basically create a high viscosity water which is unleashed in a massive volume. It's pretty much a S rank version of that Starch Syrup technique, with Sen chakra thrown in there.

Yeah I wouldn't mind if you did, cause it may just be better to use a normal rasengan vs a sage one in some situations if the passive doesn't apply. The technique I understand fine, it's exactly what it sounds like, a giant sticky syrup wave. It's pretty handy though I could think of a bunch of uses for it for sure.
