Minato makes his way to the training field where he finds a student waiting for him. He was going to teach him Wind, the element of freedom and bliss, or at least that's how Minato saw it.
"Hello there, I am Minato Namikaze, and I will be teaching you Wind. Now, tell me everything you know of the element in the Naruto Verse, it's strengths and weaknesses, and also notable users of it. Use as much detail as possible."

Jean clears his throat before speakingWind Release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind-natured chakra can also be channelled into blades to increase their cutting power and overall range. Some of this nature's strengths are that it is strong against lightning based attacks and if it is used in combination with Katon the fire based attack is enhanced greatly. However, by itself Wind Release is weak against Katon because of that same enhancing quality.A couple notable wind release users are;

"Not bad young student, but there are quite a bit more about Wind that can be said. It is one of my favorite elements. The element of Wind can be described as the element of freedom symbolically, but it does also cause quite a lot of destruction. It can be released in the form of projectiles and blasts, not very versatile. It usually causes blunt damage and also, cutting damage, sometimes both. Blunt damage is basically where you just get hit away, whilst cutting damage causes cuts, or can severe a limb, and is the one channeled onto weapons to increase its cutting capabilities etc. I like using it in battle, even though it has many techniques that are the same, either way, we'll go through them all. Or at least most them, there are some that require a fan, that I will skip, unless your bio is Temari or has a fan. Now.."
Minato then looked around in his bag for a small paper, of vital importance, chakra paper. This paper would allow Minato to see if his student indeed had the Wind nature.
"Here, take this paper. First, mold your Wind based chakra and then channel it into the hand holding the paper, and into the paper. The desired effect I am looking for is that the paper would be sliced in half due to the sharp Wind nature. Try it out, and explain in full detail how it happens!"
Minato then waited for his student to answer.

Minato then waited for his student to answer.
Jean grabs the paper within his index finger and thumb takes a long look at it before slowly beginning to concentrate his chakra all throghout his body. He then quickly converts that chakra into that of Wind nature. Next he focuses on transferring that chakra into the aforementioned paper and releasing it with a precise strike resulting in the chakra paper being severed in half right down the middle as Jean looks at it with aplomb.

Jean nods his head confidently as he closes his eyes and begins to concentrate a sum of his chakra to the both of his hands. He slowly molds and manipulates that aforementioned chakra until it begins to take the form of wind-nature. With a smirk, the brunette quickly raises both of his arms with his palms faced forward,toward the incoming clone."Take this!" he shouts as he dashes at the clone and throws a jab to it's gut with his right hand before releasing the stored chakra in the form of a blunt blast of wind that blows the Yellow flash's clone backwards,causing to to poof. Jean then turns to the original Minato,"Two advantages for this technique are that it doesn't require handseals and the fact that the jutsu works for offense and defense. Two disadvantages,however are that while it is quick,it isn't very strong and the jutsu can easily be countered by a C-rank fires style jutsu."

Minato smiles, his student actually knew a bit of the technique. His analysis was alright, though not the best that Minato has seen.

Jean triumphantly brushes his hands off before turning to his Sensei,Minato"I'd use it pretty similarly to how I just did to your clone. I could also use it to slightly enhance Fire style ninjutsu or the speed of thrown ninja tools as well."

Minato quickly looks through his bag of utilities, in order to find a special scroll. On this scroll, are the details of the technique Jean just learnt. With a simple fluid motion, Minato would toss the scroll towards Jean. He would then look at Jean and smile.
"Alright, that's good. That technique, although low in rank, can be extremely useful if used correctly. Because it requires no hand seals, the technique can be done quite fast and when you are in a tight spot. So, know when to use it and use it smart. Anyway, here is the technique."

Jean would catch the scroll and scan it quickly before putting it in his beige shuriken pouch as he listens to his sensei's instructions for his next jutsu. "Piece of cake." he says with great aplomb. Jean begins focusing and kneading wind style chakra into the air itself before molding it into a gust of wind that,with a quick swooping sound blows up a mixture of dirt and dust. The gust of wind crashes straight into the clone's eyes,blinding it momentarily as Jean rushes in its direction while simultaneously sending chakra to his right hand. the chakra coagulates into the shape for a sword mad of water that Jean uses to decapitate the blinded clone.

After discarding of his sensei's clone Jean returns his gaze back to the original Minato,"Two advantages are that this jutsu blinds the opponent leaving them open for attack and not only that it can also negatively affect their balance on different terrains. Two disadvantages are that this jutsu is like you said,terrain based and can not be used if there is no sand on the ground. Another disadvantage is that the dust can be blown back towards you if the opponent acts quick enough with another Wind Style technique."(Right?) Jean's burnt amber eyes avert to the ground briefly in a moment of thought before looking back to his sensei,"Well I'd use it against an unsuspecting,incoming enemy much like I used just now, Alternatively I'd use it to make an opponent lose their balance if they opt to try to evade another attack of mine."

A nice technique, but due to the sharpness of the wind, a smoke bomb or explosive tagged kunai will explode once it touches the wind. That would damage you too, so use it wisely. Perform the technique on my clone."

"Alright..."Jean cracks his neck with a look of determination in his eyes as he starts gathering chakra in the atmosphere in front of himself. As the clone gets closer Jean clenches his teeth as he then begins to knead the chakra into that of wind style before manipulating to take the shape of a spinning vortex of viciously sharp winds that Minato's clone is caught in the middle of causing it to poof. Afterwards the young Nara clan member looks back to his sensei,"Two advantages to this jutsu are that it can work for both defense as well as offense and the fact that the jutsu doesn't take much out of you so it is efficient in that department. Two disadvantages are that it has a self-destructive quality to it in that you can harm yourself if you use a smoke bomb or a paper-bomb strapped kunai and the vortex can also be blown away fairly easily with a stronger fuuton technique." Jean places a right hand on his hip before continuing,"I'd use it to protect myself from projectiles if I didn't have enough time to reach for my own or I could also use it to amplify other fire style jutsu."

"Alright, now to one of the most used Wind techniques. This technique requires you to be in mid air to be performed, which means you can't just jump and perform it or use it on the ground. The technique starts off by molding your Wind based chakra and releasing it from your mouth in the form of a stream of wind. This stream of wind would propel your body in the opposite direction then which it is blown out. You release the Wind towards the left, your body goes to the right and vice versa. Are you ready?"
As Minato says this, he manipulates his Earth based chakra to create a pillar beneath Jean, which launches him into the air. This would allow for sufficient performance of the technique.
"Now that you are in mid air, dodge the projectiles!!!!"
Minato launches several kunai at Jean, and waits for him to dodge them and then answer the usual questions about the technique.

Upon being launched into the air Jean calmly begins to focus chakra into his lungs before molding it into wind style with nature manipulation. Finally, with the separation of his lips a stream of wind is huffed outwards to his right, pushing his body to the left, out of the way of the incoming kunai. With this, Jean lands back on the ground with a silent grunt and looks back to his sensei ready to begin answering the routine questions."Two advantages of this jutsu would be that it can assist you in evading attacks you wouldn't be able to if you were in mid-air. The other advantage could be that using this jutsu can also sweep up a cloud of dust that can conceal your movement. Two disadvantages could be that you can only use it while airborne and the fact that if your opponent is able to anticipate where you are going to land, they can set up a counterattack. Jean pauses to think of his next reply,"I'd pretty much use it for its intended purpose in dodging attacks while airborne. However, I may also use the cloud of smoke to hide myself long enough for me to string a combo of a few other quick jutsu."

With a soft exhale, Jean quickly begins releasing chakra into the air itself while seamlessly altering it into wind nature just as luck would have it a small gust of wind blows by. Before the gust begins to die down the wind significantly increases in speed and intensity resulting in the clone to be swept up into the air along with nearby rocks to even be caught in the streams sheer force. The rocks and debris contentiously strike the clone while it is in midair before finally causing it to be dispersed. Jean takes a moment to think before speaking,"Two advantages to this jutsu are that since it requires no handseals it can be launched unbeknownst to the opponent leaving little time for a counter and it is a very chakra efficient jutsu that has a minimal amount of drawbacks. However..." Jean says leading into the next set of questions,"...every jutsu does have its drawbacks and this particular jutsu's are the fact that you have to be on a terrain where there are rocks large enough to cause lasting damage or the jutsu will be pretty much useless. Adding onto that is that the rocks can be avoided with the Wind Stream Technique you just taught me." The young Nara rubs his chin as he ponders,"I'd use it to deal quick but inconsequential damage to my opponent before striking them with a more lasting combo of attacks." Jean finishes with a confident smirk
