With Both Eyes, Is Obito the Fastest Character

I dont intend to make an Obito wank thread. I just want to lay out some facts.


Since Obito got his other eye back, it should be clear to everyone that will he gain a tremendous boost in strength. In addition, Obito's speed should also def improve




There are 3 things that are associated with Obito's speed - The first is foot speed, second is warping (teleportation) and third is intangibility (reaction)




Here are some feats of Obito's foot speed


14 year old Obito can keep up with Minato

I dont know how Obito getting his other eye back will help improve his foot speed






Second is warping (teleportation)

However, keep in mind that Kakashi was using Kamui. Kakashi is not an uchiha and has been straining the MS for quite a while.



Therefore, the idea that with both eyes, the speed of warping doubles may be misleading. In Obito's case, he could very well triple or quadruple his warp speed



What this means is that Obito can travel 2 or 3 or maybe even 4 times the speed of light and all those other feats I showed above as well



This holds true for long range kamui as well. What this means is that Obito can prob snipe a person's head off in less than a second according to how Kakashi was able to kamui the arm of gedo mazou before being summoned by Madara, an s/t jutsu





Third is Intangibility or Reaction speed

Obito's speed may increase but not quadruple, I do have a theory people say that oboto and kakashi have no had blurred vision I think it's because they are only half of the mangekyou at a time so the blind process slows eventually obito or kakashi's eyes will blur out the logic move is to give then eyes to saauke who already has an EMS that ir they find someone to bypass the methods

Omgosh Kamui so op pls nerf Riot.

On a real note, I wouldn't say he actually has the fastest speed, but maybe the fastest reaction time. Constantly toggling Kamui's intangibility seems like it would be pretty tough, and you'd have to be incredibly situationally aware in order to time it right, like he can.

Kamui doesn't work at speed of light, it was a metaphor, Jesus. His 2nd sharingan wouldn't change his speed..It'd probably fasten the teleportation, that's it.

Still, the fastest would be Minato or Naruto, I assume.
