*i quickly split the ground your standing on and then make spikes come out of the walls of earth as you fall in, since you'll have to take time to evade the jutsu i quicky make hand signs and summon a condor that takes me high in the air on it's back, into long range*

Before the start of the match Sandaime slowly released a large amount of Iron sand into the air from his gourd and into the sky and the battlefield. As the ground trembled before his feet he immediately blew himself diagonally/foward up onto a tree branch (behind the tree) and into mid range(since you went to long) escaping the pit of death...He then quickly created a shadow clone (Gaara) to appear in his place.. As Gaara saw you on top of your condor rising into the air he quickly causes a shower of Iron sand from above to take you out by surprise..

He disregarded the fact that the attack was from above while he was rising (it took him by surprise so there was no time to react). Then I showed him a vid of what the attack looked like.

How is dis a win??? He used iron skin (1 hand seal) to block the iron sand. Can someone cue me in..."as garra saw you on top of your condor" implys that the iron sand wasn't performed until after the summoning was done...moreover the clone was put in place of the falling kazekage ( "I quickly make a clone in my place") so would the clone not be stabed by the spikes, therefore not being able to do the sand attack in the 1st place....
If I'm wrong could someone help me understand

First of all your commenting on a battle thats already over.

I blew myself behind a tree to avoid the fissure. Then I created a clone while behind the tree to fight in my place while I keep hiding.

According to the timeframe, he would be arising into the air so my clone hit him with the senbon while he took flight.
