Windows 8.1 Lockscreen help

I have Windows 8.1 and I can't change my lockscreen photo. When I go to browse and click the photo I want it just keeps doing the loading symbol but never loads. know how I can fix it?

Is it possible you could send a screenshot of what happens when you try and change your lock screen photo? I have Windows 8, and changed my lock screen pic not too long ago.

How peculiar. I haven't come across that problem. I assume you've tried restarting the computer then tried again?

yep, and i've had it open since i posted that and it's still doing that, so I don't know what to do :/

Call the people whom you bought the software from and they should be able to help you

Try it with a different picture and see if it works there.
If it does, just change the format of the picture to something else (png, jpg)
