Tao focuses his chakra to on point. He performs several hand seals, these include Tiger → Snake → Ram. The instant he performs the hand seals and form the last seal, the ram, he releases the chakra causing a wind vortex that is sent hurling towards the target, your dummy.
Pro: This move can be used as a strong combination that ensnares the opponent and causing a lot of damage. This would also be a good way to reflect, disarm or conceal the user but more effectively to be used as repellant or deflecting shield. (I think)
Con: Using this holds certain risks especially in the form of a combination. Leaving you wide open when performing multiple jutsu. On it's own a con would be that it's only a short to mid range attack making it easier for the target to get closer to you if you use it rashly.
Tao focuses, gathering chakra into his right hand. When he feels that enough fuuton chakra has gathered, he swipe his right hand horizontally across from right to left in the direction of some nearby shrubs. As he does this, he focuses in his mind, controlling his will as much as he possibly can in the direction of the shrubs, attempting to keep it on a constant path to the target.
Pro: An upside or pro to this technique is that it can be used in quick succession up to 3 times, meaning you have several chances of connecting and injuring the opponent.
Con: Due to this jutsu being linked in to ones emotional side or will, it would be harder to control or use correctly if the user does not properly understand the technique and it's bond with the mental state of oneself. (I think)
Tao gathers up some fuuton chakra, he aim towards a tree as a substitute for a fuuton Jutsu. He then perform a sequence of hand seals and then release the fuuton chakra. A condensed slash of razor wind slices away at the tree.
Pro: It is a quick way to defend and at the same time, open up a nice clearing for you to see your opponent.
Con: This may provide a quick clearing, but because of it's close range the opponent can attack you directly after you use the Jutsu.
