"Hey sensei.....where'd you get that bird?" After about a brief second, Neji looked back down to the six bodies with a look of determination. "Roger that sensei!"
- It's uses and forms various depending on what kind of jutsu is being performed and what the kind of attack is being deployed, typically a slicing move or a heavy, blunt move. It could go from just ordinary air bullets which Danzo uses which can pierce through enemies , to gusts of wind created by Temari which slice things up to something really complicated such as Naruto's Rasengan, which also utilizes shape and chakra manipulation to mold something very dense and powerful that packs a wallop.
-It's strength is against lightning element. Why it's so effect against it is because wind has the power to blow the lightning right back at the enemy. Of course this depends on the strength of the move itself but it definitely has the advantage. A D-ranked wind jutsu can counter-act a C-ranked lightning jutsu. Wind is also very versatile, being used greatly with kenjutsu, sharpening up blades to further enhance the cutting power much like lightning does blades and their cutting/piercing power. Also being able to just blow back enemy equipment such as kunai and shurikens.
-It's weakness, however, is against fire. Fire thrives off air and you feeding the flames with wind only makes the fire stronger and more devastating. Much like stated above, a D-ranked fire could counter a C-ranked wind jutsu.
-The KG wind is associated with is Ice, Scorch, Magnetism, and if including kekkei tōta then dust as well.
-A combination attack with fire would result in a very widespread and powerful fire. One would be able to produce something like a fiery tornado or whatever combination one decides to create with those two elements.

Great explanation, i couldn't ask for more. Here's how things go. I give you jutsu to perform to the best of your ability. The whole process should be clear, from start to finish. Your targets are usually the Six Paths of Pein or their summoning. That's all. Feel free to ask if you ever have a question for me.
Since you've never molded fuuton chakra before start by acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of wind (a description of wind's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Fuuton's characteristics are chakra that is very thin and sharp, in tern making the fuuton jutsu very devastating for piercing and cutting things.
Before Jiraiya starts to concentrate on forming chakra, he in-visions the image of fuuton chakra in his head. Sharp and thin, free as the wind...with this in mind, Jiraiya takes a firm stance and begins to concentrate. He closes his eyes and starts to mold chakra within his lungs, continually thinking thin and sharp. Doing so and gathering up all the chakra in his lungs, he feels the moment it right and fire the fuuton out of his mouth to the unsuspecting Pein reading a manga.

A decent first try i admit. You'll get the hang of it soon enough. Now i want you to release fuuton chakra into the air and convert it into a weak gust of wind to spread dust or sand over the ground. It's only effective offensively when blowing dust into your opponent's eyes. Try it out.

"Why's he gotta look at me like that?" @_@
Neji begins to concentrate his chakra within his body as he keeps in mind how free flowing fuuton is. Feeling as the air within him is lightening up, he releases his chakra within his body into the air, as a slight breeze starts to appear. As the breeze keeps going, Neji continues expelling more of his fuuton chakra into the air making the gentle breeze become a gust of wind, picking up the sand and dust from the ground onto the surrounding trees and area. As the gust of wind is flying, carrying this dust and sand it goes flying into one of the Pein's eyes.
Neji begins to concentrate his chakra within his body as he keeps in mind how free flowing fuuton is. Feeling as the air within him is lightening up, he releases his chakra within his body into the air, as a slight breeze starts to appear. Nicely done. Let's see if you're ready for sets of three. For this jutsu release fuuton chakra in ahead of you and produce wind manipulated to form a spinning wall with slight cutting ability. It should be strong enough to repel shuriken and taijutsu alike. Now defend yourself.

As one of the Peins was launching from the ground and begun to shape his body in a way that looked like he's extending his leg. Neji noticed this and begun to focus his fuuton chakra within his body and releases it in front of him. With the fuuton chakra in front, it makes the wind all around him move in a wild fashion. As the Pein closes in, his leg comes closer to contact when the fuuton tech pushes back the Pein's kick.
Gathering some chakra in his foot, he jumps high into the air when suddenly a bed of spikes covers the ground where he would land. Falling onto this would definitely meant death. Seeing as this isn't the way he wants to die, he focuses his fuuton chakra within his lungs and exhales a gust of wind from his mouth. By focusing and constantly putting chakra into it, he blows out a stream of wind that would help him move to a save destination with out spikes threatening his life.
Looking at where his sensei pointed, he notices off in the distance a couple Pein's just relaxing and talking around near a bunch of dirt and rocks. Seeing as his sensei said to "surprise" them, Neji begun to focus his fuuton chakra within his body. Gathering and focusing a large amount, he felt the overwhelming feeling of air all around him. He exhales a large stream of wind towards all the unsuspecting Pein's with all this debris, rocks, and boulders flying at them.

Seeing as a nearby Pein started to dash towards Neji, he noticed quickly that he had a kunai in his hands. Reacting to the Pein running towards him, he begun to gather his fuuton chakra within by inhaling a lot of air. Infusing his chakra with the fuuton one, he exhales a nearly invisible sphere of air to the incoming Pein, blasting him back.
Seeing as his sensi point towards the Pein trapped within a ring of fire, he performed the Ram hand seal, gathering his fuuton chakra within. Waving his arm, he creates a tornado that starts to work its way towards the Pein trapped by fire. As soon as the tornado reaches the flames, it combines to become a flaming tornado, making the Pein spin while be set on fire.
As the Pein begins to runs towards Neji with his weapons, he takes a steady stance and starts to focus. Performing the required hand seals Tiger → Snake → Ram, Neji focuses his chakra within, creating fuuton chakra. As the Pein gets ever so close to Neji, he then moves his hands together, creating a ball of wind between his palms. When the Pein gets extremely close, Neji extends his hands out blasting the Pein with a vortex of wind that causes the Pein to go flying back.

Alright. The next jutsu is a defense against other wind jutsu. It's pretty self-explanatory so just neutralize this attack. Fūton: Daitoppa!

Seeing as his sensei took a stance and shot out a big gust of wind, Neji gathers his wind chakra within, focusing on it. Suddenly Neji replied with his own wind technique, creating a thin wind gust that cut right through his sensei's own wind jutsu. "That looked pretty cool."
"Hey thief, get back here!!!" Neji waved his hand in the arm with frustration and then begun to perform the hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon, gathering his wind chakra and releasing it, creating a cyclone of sharp winds. Using his chakra, he controls this wind from the top right angle of the Pein that stole his wallet and it comes crashing down on him. "Ha, I got you!"
Seeing as the Pein was running towards him with the intent to kill and a blade in his hand, Neji gathered wind chakra in his hand and waved it creating a slicing wind that came into contact with the incoming Pein. "Sorry bud!"

Neji begins performing the hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon. Once doing so, he gathers his wind chakra inside himself and releases it forward. Releasing sharp winds and flower petals among himself, he launched it towards the thief that had stolen his wallet. Coming straight behind him, the thief got hit by the incoming razor sharp petals and winds.

Better. Now for this jutsu, take out a sword and imbue it with your wind chakra. Then swing the sword and release the chakra as a cutting whirlwind made of several strong gusts. There's your target.

Neji pulling out his family's past down clan sword, he took a stance and begun to gather his wind charka within his body. Getting a hold of it, he focused on placing the chakra into his blade he was currently wielding and swung it towards the unsuspecting Pein. Swinging that sword, a couple times a bunch of severe wind gusts came flying out of the blade, leaving tracks on the ground and cutting through the leaves to hit the Pein.
"But I'm Neji sensei, not Temari!" Neji looks saddened.
Grabbing the tossed fan that his sensei threw at him, Neji swings the giant fan causing ripples in the air as the air is cutting up. Using his chakra to make them sharp and rotating, it resembles a demon blade shuriken. This goes flying over to the Pein sitting on the branch, which ends up getting cut as well dropping the Pein face flat.
Seeing the Pein from the last exercise still on the floor, Neji thrusts his closed giant fan upwards, using the blunt fan as some leverage to lift the Pein sky high into the air. As the Pein goes fly, he opens the fan and swings it, using the wind thats resonating from it making get hit from a blast of wind.
Looking back at the first Pein he practiced on, he swings his giant fan towards that Pein sending him flying from a blast of wind which is created from the fan.

Guess the fan's not your weapon of choice. Moving on. Here's another simple one: Exhale a strong stream of wind from your mouth capable of blowing away targets easily and hurting them in the process. Try it on these guys

Neji takes his position and begins to inhale a lot of wind into his mouth. Taking in all that air, he concentrates on his wind natured chakra. Feeling the right moment, he then exhales a powerful stream of wind towards the incoming Peins, causing them to fly back and drop their blades all across the ground.
Pulling out a sword, Neji gathers his wind chakra and begins to infuse it within the blade itself. Once the sword has the perfect amount of wind chakra infused, he released that chakra from the sword creating a wind vortex around his body. "Wow, this is pretty cool!" As the barrage of kunai come flying onto me, the wind vortex propels them off and they scatter across.
Still holding onto the blade from the previous exercise, Neji begins breathing onto his sword. The wind infused breath begins to spread on the blade, giving it a winded appearance. The swords length and increased a good amount. Long enough to deflect to two strikes from the Pein's sword. Once their blade flies back from the deflection, Neji then strikes both Pein's in one swoop.

Ok.. Now i want you to exhale a stream of wind from your mouth and make it spin rapidly as it travels to form a twister that should toss your target around in the vortex as he is blown away from you. There's your target.
