Indeed. Most of the wind jutsus are fairly similar in usage and set up and does the exact same things, just varying in power. Anyway we're done with the D ranks now. On to the C ranks.

(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

A jutsu used by Nagato in the anime in his youth when he was learning how to utilize Jutsus from Jiraiya. After throwing some kunais, he clapped his hands together and released a burst of wind that accelerated the thrown kunais. The kunais, along with the moves used by Yahiko and Konan, hit Jiraiya's clone and caused it to disperse. It's a fairly simple jutsu with an useful purpose tbh. No handseals, just a simple clapping of the hands is needed after you have already gathered an amount of chakra.

Fūton: Reppūshō

Strong Points
1. The technique can easily knock over a human and thus can allow the user to use this technique if they are about to get stabbed by their opponent
2. The technique can be used very quickly
3. The speed of weapons is increased. Can also be used to push back weapons thrown by the opponent
4. Can push back poisonous gas

Weak Points
1. Is weak against Katon techniques which is obvious and means I have been unable to find any weak point

Combination Strategies
1. The user can say 'Well down' and clap his hands together as if they are clapping for the opponent when in reality, they are performing a technique

Ways to Counter
1. Used a Fuuton or Katon technique or stopping the user from clapping his hands​

Fairly simple, and done correctly. One thing to note though, this is well used with kunais and shuriken, as they speed them up, making them hit the target with more speed and force, causing more damage on contact.

One way I'd counter against this would indeed be a stronger wind or a fire jutsu, as those would be the standard elements used to defend against it. Later on down the line, we will add in other elements.

Description: This technique will infuse wind-based chakra into bladed weapons. The user can than manipulate the blades in a spinning manner to attack the target.

Now, with this one, you can add chakra to bladed weapons that you then release the blades in a way that sends them to attack the targeted enemy.

Fūton: Kaiten Shuriken

Strong Points
1. Weapons can be manipulated. In other words, this technique is quite similar to the techniques used by Tenten to manipulate her weapons
2. The speed and sharpness of the weapon is increased
3. Since the weapons can be manipulated, they are difficult to dodge
4. C - D Rank Doton techniques would fail to defend against it. Katon techniques would only stop the wind chakra in the weapons, not the weapon itself. Suiton techniques can be stopped by manipulating the weapons and making them dodge the water

Weak Points
1. There are similar Katon techniques that can be used to stop this technique
2. Since the weapons have to be or can be manipulated, the user would also have to concentrate

Combination Strategies
1. We can add explosive tags to the weapons so if the enemy uses a Katon technique to stop the Fuuton chakra, the tags would ignite and explode

Ways To Counter
1. These are simply weapons that can be manipulated and are a little more fast and sharp. They can be stopped using numerous ways​

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Once more easily done, you make 5 handseals and create quick gust of win that gets stronger the stronger you get and can blow trees away in your later rank.

Advantages
1. The technique could rip the opponent apart if the opponent is Short range with the user
2. Can cause a dust cloud to rise
3. Can push back weapons thrown at the user
4. Can be used against Samurai
5. Can be used against members of the Aburame Clan as well as Hyuuga

Disadvantages
1. Requires 5 hand seals which is A LOT

Combination Strategies
1. The user can take out multiple explosive tags and throw them in the same direction in which the wind is being released

Ways to Counter
1. Using a Katon Technique or a Doton technique in which the user spits out mud

Perform these hand signs *Shows* and concentrate on your Wind chakra. Channel it throughout your entire body and more importantly into your gullet. Where there, you will exhale a small stream of wind from your mouth. The wind itself will utilize with the air particles, and quickly form a gust of Wind, along with small particles of dust, though not any rocks due to the fact that it doesn't cut that deep on the Earth's surface. The gust will then move towards your opponent, only in a straight line, as it can't be directed by your will or chakra. The gust is composed of highly fast, rotating currents of wind that is powerful enough to cut off 2 inches of deep flesh from an average ninja, or even able to send him flying into the air, Team Rocket style. xD

Originally, this move is Temari's, however in our RP people can use without the need of her fan. But, if you were to have a fan in your possession, you don't need to perform the hand signs, only performing a slashing motion with the fan itself will do the trick.

Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Performing quickly handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjunction with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

Fuuton: Kamataichi no Jutsu

DESCRIPTION
I first channel my raw chakra throughout my body. I then proceed to convert it into Futon chakra and have it channeled to my lungs. I then apply shape transformation to it, and exhale out a thin stream of wind that slices everything in its path including Shady Doctor's fake boobs

STRONG POINTS
Temari was able to solo Tenten with this which proves this technique is effective against most ninjas
Is quite effective against Aburame Clan members or people who greatly rely on tools

WEAK POINTS
It moves in a straight line
Isn't too effective against Doton

Hmm, when it doesn't specify the number of hand seals, It's auto 3-5.

The next one doesn't need that much of a description or heavy detail, simply gather your Fuuton chakra throughout your body and channel it into your gullet. Where you then compress it into the form of a sphere, and expel it out of your mouth. The sphere should be quite large, about a 2 to 3 meters in radius, and when directed towards your opponent, will blow small particles of dust, small rocks and generally the heavy current of wind will obscure his vision, and when the sphere of Wind collides with him, it will knock him back, doing minor injuries, nothing too lethal.

Disadvantages
1. Would result in the forming of a lethal sphere of flames if the opponent uses a Katon technique
2. Does not injure the opponent much thus many people would find little use of it other than using it to stop a B, C or D rank Raiton technique

Build up some wind chakra within your body to begin with. Once you do that go ahead and perform the ram hand seal followed by releasing a gust of wind which creates several small tornados to attack with

I channeled by Futon chakra to my lungs and performed the Rat hand seal. The Fulton chakra in his lungs spun rapidly and as I took a deep breath and exhaled out the air, the Fulton chakra came out in the form of small tornadoes

1. The opponent will have difficulty in defending against all of the tornadoes whilst at the same time, defending against other techniques used by the enemy
2. Can be used in collaboration with Running Fire

1. Is weak against most Katon, Doton and Suiton techniques
2. Can be used against the user. For example, the opponent can use Running Fire right after we use this
