Give me some advantages and disadvantages that you see in this jutsu?

Well some advantages are that it's good for range and size and its a good offense jutsu
Some disadvantages that I can observe is that the jutsu since its used with weapons can take a few moments to get ready as you infuse your chakra into a weapon. This is all my opinion feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

How and when would you use the jutsu above and give me some advantages and disadvantages that come about in using it in the way you described.

Ok

I would use this jutsu for 2 things. 1. Blow my enemy backwards with the force of the tornado. 2. As a counter measure for lightning/fire or water jutsus
Some advantages of using it the way I said are: That by blowing an opponent backwards he's blown back with force which causes damage. Another way is that since its a tornado that is released from my mouth its a good way to counter head on lightning, fire or water jutsus.
Disadvantages of using the jutsu the way I describe: Since like I mentioned above the jutsu is released from my mouth he can tell what I'm doing so he can move to either short or mid range to avoid the jutsu.

Description: The user swings their blade and a gust of wind is released in the arc that it was swung in. The technique is strong enough to stop projectiles that are thrown at the user.

If you have some moderate powered projectiles ( Like for example a kunai thats being powered by say that one C rank wind) then this technique would be good to use in that it (as stated in the descriptions) blocks projectiles which are moving attacks.


(Fūton: Senmōfū) - Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind

Description: The user concentrates wind chakra into their sword/s and releases the chakra by slashing down infront of them to create a large gust of wind.

Pretty much a strong current of wind that involves you using your sword instead of the standard techniques of using your hand and/ or your mouth.


Explain the above in the same way that you did with the first jutsu that we have covered earlier.

Shock Blade:

I would use this jutsu the same way you stated and how its in the description. To blow back any thrown projectile heading towards me. I think it can also be used to negate lightning techniques and to give impulse to my own thrown projectiles.
Adv: Its easy to use and a good defensive jutsu as well as an offensive jutsu. I would say a good all round technique.
Dis: This jutsu isn't something I would normally use in battle as it doesn't quit fit my style. I can say that a disadvantage of the jutsu is that its mostly for defensive purposes.

Rotating Ferocious Wind:

I would use this jutsu to blow people back and also to blow any weak technique coming at me.
Adv: Its a good jutsu to utilize to blow technique backs. It also good to make an opponent retreat and combined with a fire jutsu the gust of wind can be deadly
Dis: Since its used with a sword, it can be troublesome in a fast pace battle where you would need to draw your sword out to utilize the technique.

(Fūton: Dai Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado

Description:The original version of the Wind Release: Slashing Tornado technique. The user, flapping their Giant Fan, creates a minor tornado, which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent, leaving them crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a small 4 sequence of hand seals to perform the technique.

I personally do not think too much about this jutsu since it's geared towards a wielder of a fan, but you never know when you need it. I assume that your bio does not have a fan so instead of doing that you must remember to create 4 handsigns (or if you have wind specialty in your bio then just 1 handseal will be enough). Now getting into the jutsu itself, it's basically a mini tornado that is capable of cutting your skin when your are caught inside it or it touches you.



(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return

Damage Points: 40 (+5 if attack is send back)
Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Basically blocks B rank or lower wind technique. Use it with care and be aware of the jutsu your opponent uses when/if you're thinking about using this.

As I hear what Tosen senpai says, I move to make 4 hand seals after doing this I concentrate my chakra, I then send my chakra into the atmosphere. After doing this I use the chakra in the atmosphere to create a tornado with brutal winds that can slash anything in its path. I then direct the technique to a serious of large stones that the tornado slashes through them and then disperses.
Adv: This jutsu is a good offense and can be used in conjuction with fire or earth to cause more damage.
Dis: Since it normally requires 4 hand seals it can be tricky to use in a battle because you have to perform the hand seal.

Wind Return

I create a clone of myself and send him mid-range from me. I then order the clone to use the slashing tornado technique on me. As he makes 4 hand seals for the technique I begin to concentrate chakra, my clone then releases the tornado at me while I make a series of hand seals. Then I amplify my chakra and take control of the wind tornado and send it back at my clone making him disappear.

Adv: Its a good defense jutsu and can be useful in a tight situation.
Dis: It can only block Wind techniques so the probability to use it in battle is minimum.

"Actually, headmaster Reborn won't be participating in our little lesson, I hope you'll accept me instead sweetie." A gentle, femenin voice surrounded the air around you, sounding as though it came from all directions. The wind in the forest around you began to pick up and become heavy, blowing from the back of you, stiring up the leaves on the ground.

As the wind blew against your back, you felt a cool crisp breath, like somebody blowing in your ear sensually before a small cyclone of leaves formed in front of you. When it dispersed, a beautiful blue haired and eyed kunoichi clad in Kirigakure garb stood before you. She had an hourglass figure and her hands were crossed. She had a friendly smile on her face as she looked at you.

"Hi there cutie, my name is Nekana, you don't mind having me teach you Futon do you?"

 

[Klaus]

As Klaus observes the blue haired and eyes kunoichi appear and direct herself towards and ask him a question, he takes a second to breathe as he shocked to see that his futton sensei is actually is a very gorgeous female. Klaus begins to get nervous and tries to speak although the shock makes it difficult.
Umm, heya there... I'm... umm I'm Kla.. Klaus, thank you so very much for the beauty of your... I mean for the wind training. Hehe, How are we going to do it? I mean train that is, hehe, (Klaus thinks to himself) "Get it together man she's your sensei... but just look at those beautiful eyes, its like staring at... NO! I have to stay focused and keep my head in game. O_O' boy this will tough".

As Klaus says this, he breathes deeply again, closes his eyes and reopens them. He then stares at his sensei with determination ready to give it his all.

 

[Reborn]

Nekana smiled as she licked her blue lip stained lips. She saw your flustered expression as she walked over to you, dragging her index finger along your right cheek as she brought her lips inches from your ear.

"Well, I personally like...hands on training with my students. I like to let them truely feel what I'm trying to convey to them." She said rather seductively whispering in your ear so you could feel every syllable in her breath. She pulled away from you and turned around before walking away from you.

"Don't be a bad boy there Klaus-kun, I am a fan of punishment. Now then...I want you to tell me the fundamental properties of Wind Release..."

As Nekana sensei comes close to Klaus and begins to talk in his ears, Klaus becomes slightly nervous, he then begins to take deep breathes and try to concentrate on his training. He then hears Nekana sensei ask him a question about wind but as she's speaks all he can see is her bright blue eyes and beautiful hair and becomes lost in her gaze. He then realizes that she is awaiting a response and begins to panic since he can't seem to remember the question.
He thinks to himself: "Aw crap, I can't remember the question, I was lost in her beautiful gaze. Damn it what do I do now? OK, calm down and think back. It was...it was, hum what was it. Grg I hate this! ahh now I remember! The fundamental properties of wind release". "What the? How the heck am I supposed to know that. Properties as in chemistry? I've...I don't know. OK, I'll try it in my own way".

OK, well wind release or futon is a basic elemental nature transformation performed by making ones chakra sharp. It can be used in all ranges. It can be used with weapons to make them sharper and deadlier. O_O That's pretty much all I know Sexy... Nekana! Sensei.

Nekana frowned slightly. She raised her hand and flexed her two fingers towards you which released a fast yet small gust of wind near your face, which cut your right cheek in a shallow cut.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

"Let's try this again shall we, give me the characteristics of wind; how it acts, what it's capable of, what you've heard or observed from others about the style etc. characterize the nature. You already gave me one...which I went ahead and demonstrated for you, it's sharp cutting abilities.
