Aigis ("The Aeon" in my sig) looked over the student's application as she made her way to the training grounds. This was to be her first full training in wind for a student, and she was both curious and unsure, making for a unique combination of feelings.
Upon seeing Sasuke, she greets him. She has the aura of efficiency and curtness, like some kind of secret agent or something xd

Now, about Wind, Wind Release or Fuuton is one of the basic elemental releases, it's principles is to make the chakra as thin and sharp as possible, as was explained by Asuma when he was teaching Naruto, wind attacks usually are short or mid range and about cutting and slashing, it's also the most rare release among the five chakra natures, wind can be used by exhaling streams of wind or by applying it into a blade or in the form of a blade, to increase it's sharpness.
Wind is strong against Lightning because wind doesn't conduct eletricity very well, but if the current is too big, it will still pass throught.
Wind is weak against Fire because the wind fuels the flames, but if the wind is much stronger, it will erase the flame.
Wind Release is a component of Scorch release, Ice release and Dust release.

As Sasuke hears the instructions of his sensei, he grabs the paper, and then he thinks of wind as he puts chakra on the paper, he thinks of a free, calm and quick element, the one that be calm and a minute later become a giant tornado that engulfs everything on his path, he thinks of becoming one with the wind, a calm, free and fast, he then tries to transform the chakra he is putting in the paper into wind chakra, which then cuts the paper in half.
Aigis picked up both pieces of paper, as if inspecting Sasuke's results. After a moment, she nodded.
"Nothing too exceptional, but not a disaster, either. Not bad for a first try. As we learn the jutsus and you get more practice in molding chakra, I'm sure you'll be able to get a better feel for it."

Shape manipulation is manipulate the chakra you use to form objects, Nature manipulation is turn ones raw chakra into a more advanced chakra, elemental chakra, it can form fire chakra, wind chakra, lightning chakra, earth chakra and water chakra, it can also be used even more advancedly, with Kekkei Gekkais, to combine two or more of the basic elemental chakras to form a much more powerful one.
Each person has an affinity to certain types of elemental chakra, usually related to where they're born, people from Konoha most likely will have fire affinity, Suna wind, Kumo lightning, Iwa earth and Kiri water.
A nature and shape manipulation technic will be more strong than only a shape manipution one, taking for example Rasengan, Rasengan is a strong jutsu that is A rank and has a massive destructive power with only shape manipulation, now, by adding nature manipulation, wind chakra in the manga, it becomes Fuuton: Rasenshuriken, which is much, much more stronger than the regular rasengan, now being S-Rank.

Sasuke, first, molds raw chakra in his lungs, he then uses nature transformation to transform the raw chakra into fuuton chakra, he then exhales a gust of wind that goes in the direction of the clone feet, as the gust reaches the ground, it picks up the dust and gravel on the ground and then it goes around the clone making a small sandstorm, blinding her.
"But sensei, sharingan can see the chakra, if the wind is made of chakra, shouldn't it blind a sharingan user aswell?"

Once Sasuke finishes that jutsu, Aigis speaks again.
"For the last D-rank jutsu, create a stream of wind that can pick up rocks and hit your opponent. The wind stream will push your opponent upward, and the rocks will be blown towards them, hitting them with the rocks."

Sasuke gets surprised as suddently he is pushed by the ground beneath him up, Sasuke then hears his sensei voice, "You could have warned me", he thinks, Sasuke then gathers raw chakra in his lungs, to then using nature manipulation transform it into fuuton chakra, Sasuke now exhales a small stream of wind going up that because of action and reaction exerces a force that pushes him back to the ground, then he lands on the ground with his feet first.
"Sensei, a question, what is the speed which this stream will make me go? Also, logically, because of gravity, if I use it to push me up it will be less effective than to push me down, so how much difference would it make?"
After asking the questions, Sasuke quickly gathers raw chakra in his lungs again and with nature transformation he transforms the raw chakra in fuuton chakra, Sasuke then exhales a small stream of wind near the ground that gets small rocks and it goes in the direction of the clone, the stream pushes the clone upward, then the rocks deal their damage, the clone disappears.

Sasuke then performs the Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake handseals then he gathers raw chakra in his lungs, then using nature transformation to make it fuuton chakra, he then quickly exhale it forming a sudden gust of wind that goes in the direction of the tree, he made the jutsu well molded so the the strenght of the wind is strong and it deals high damage to the tree, but still not enought to destroy it.

Just be detailed with all your performances and imagine and note how each jutsu works on your targets. That's the most important part ^^ and ask questions if you have any.
