I then perform the Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals hand seal while taking in a deep breathe of air, as i am done i blow out a strong gust of wind that turns into a strong vortex that smashes into the clone cutting up his body and giving more damage all over

While taking in a deep breathe of air, i perform the Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals at the same time. Then quickly follow up by blowing out a great deal of wind chakara that creates a vortex of wind that quickly slams into the clone's body knocking and breaking some bones while is body is sent back flying

Question: When fighting, do i need to say the name of the three hand seals i perform? i have been reading some battles, and i saw that some people just say that they perform the amount of hand seals.

You can just state you perform some hand seals or not even say that much. If you say nothing it is just assumed you still have performed the hand seals to perform the jutsu.

Charge wind chakra into one of your hands and then swipe it at that rock, releasing a sharp blade of wind that follows the direction of your hand swing. Be descriptive on how you wave your hand as it determines the orientation of the wind blade.

I then open up my palm, and place all my finger tightly together, taking the form of a blade. Then i follow up by placing it up at an angle in front of my chest, \ like that. Then begin to chanel my chakara into the hand. I then begin to use the chakara for use of wind, then quickly swing my hand towards the rock, while releasing the wind chakara at the rocks at the same time, slicing through the rock as my wind chakara hits it

Ohk, as i see you release the wind ball from your mouth and it's coming to me quickly, i begin to gather chakara in my dominant hand. Then, as the chakara has taken shape over my hand, i quickly swing it into the direction of the wind ball, in a arc formation from top to bottom, releasing a arc shape blade of wind to slice through your technique with ease

Description: User will create a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against him. It splits an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and makes it harmless.

This one you'll have to perform the Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals, using your wind chakra to create a cyclone full of flower petals. Move this cyclone around my clone, keeping it's power equivalent to that of a small breeze before suddenly increasing it's power at the last moment to take my clone by surprise. The force of the cyclone should blow him back and deal some damage.
