Chakra is the moulding of physical energy present in the cell of the body and spiritual energy gained from the mind. Wind is one of the five nature elemental transformations, it involves the process when the user makes his/her chakra as cold and as sharp as possible. The wind release has two major functions: the major function of wind which is to blow away any object at sight and the second function entails when the user makes the wind very sharp to allow the wind to be able to cut through materials.
Weakness and strength
Wind is strong against lightning because wind is generally known to be a natural insulator and wind is weak against fire because it is also generally known that wind aids fire.
Combination with other elements
Wind combines with fire to increare the mass of the fire and also increase the burning effect of fire. Wind combines with water to increase the water's overall destructive power. I dont know the result of the combination of wind with either lightning or earth.

One of the main properties of wind is its high temporal variation: And this is a outstanding property, it means that wind has the ability to increase or decrease its speed at any given point in time. So we say that wind has no specific speed i.e wind and double or triple within seconds.

Sorry but I'm not stupid. I know its from wikia, we all do that. So cut the story of that is all I know about wind.

As he heards his sensei talks, he then joins his hands together and close his eyes concentrating and focusing on his chakra system and chakra flow, then he starts to mold up his chakra to an extent but couldn't continue further and lost control then again he starts the whole process all over again and concentrates harder and was successful, molding his chakra and channelling it to his tenketsus then he opens his eyes slowly " Did i get it sensei?"

Then after channelling my chakra to all my tenketsu points, i now concentrate harder on the chakra and i use nature manipulation to turn the raw chakra into fuuton chakra by making the raw chakra cold and sharp. And hearing his sensei's question he says "it makes me feel cold and floaty"

now channel small amount of that chakra into your hands and as it get there, focus it on your palms while stretching your palms forward then give it a push. You should be able to create a small blast of wind from your palms outwards towards that tree.
