In other words what would happen if you tried to send the elements below at a Wind/Fire combination? Then I want you to tell me what rank of each technique at a bare minimum would be required to stop the wind/fire combination and why that rank.

If you notice, I left Raiton out of the elements I wanted you to do. Raiton actually would not harm the Wind/Fire combination. Lightning and fire have energy/heat properties. Therefore lightning and fire cannot harm each other, the lightning would only go through the fire and continue on. You would be burnt to a crisp, and your opponent would still have the chance to defend with a simple wind technique.

Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Performing quickly handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjunction with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

After doing about 4 handseals, Gather wind chakra into your lungs and try to concentrate on the cutting power of the technique. When you blow it out, the gusts of wind will be incapable fo being controlled.

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.

Performing the three handseals, use your wind chakra to make a cyclone of flowered petals. While standing still, you can make up to three more cyclones and increase the damage done by them as well. Then direct the cyclones towards the clone.

Description: The user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of two hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

You dont have to do it both ways, just know that if you make a bio and you dont have a fan listed in it, it requires two handseals....unless you use a technique that can produce one for you.
Channel Wind chakra into the fan and simply perform one swing. Release the chakra from the fan and using shape manipulation turn make it resemble a Giant Windmill Shuriken.

* I dash towards a clone with the giant fan in my hand. I focus wind chakra into the fan the release into a gust, at the same time I then slam it into the dummy knocking him upwards. He goes higher then normal thanks to the fan*

*I focus wind chakra into my giant fan, and then set my eyes on the clone. I then swing the fan and release my wind chakra, and then send it towards the clone as a strong gust of wind that knocks him backwards, causing him to land harshly on his back*

*For this last one, I channel wind chakra from my body and into my mouth. I the release a stream of wind that hits the opponent and knocks him backwards*
