Ok, so wind is one of the most versatile elements. So you must learn it well.
There are some rules that you need to follow..
1. I won't teach it easily, meaning
you won't get a single tech with
just only one post.
2. Describe... you will gonna need
it in battle, so describe how the
jutsu work with details...
remember details.
3. This is very important, you must
follow every single of my
instruction and you may add some
improvement on how you describe
the jutsu.
4. After the training ends, you
must fight me in battle field and
try to injure me with the jutsu i gave
you.. (you could try the best

I look at the Senpai pointing at the Big Rock and sees the rock. After listening to Senpai, I head towards the Rock.
After i reach it, I sit on it and starts to meditate. Then i think about the Wind element which I am about to learn.
Sitting on the rock, I can feel the pleasant breeze and the Sound made by it. I can hear the nearby Tree and Plants by the Wind. I can feel the mixture of gases in it. I start to inhale and exhale the Wind. I think i can fly along with the Wind. I think i am very light. Now i think of as I am part of it.
After i reach it, I sit on it and starts to meditate. Then i think about the Wind element which I am about to learn.

Very good.
Now take this small piece of paper and channel your chakra into it. You should be able to tear the paper into two if you channel your wind chakra correctly.

I take the Piece of Paper which Senpai gave to me. Assuming it is a Chakra Paper, I keep it between my palms.
Then i start gathering my Regular Chakra into my hands and starts to Think of the Properties of the Wind. I think of the Wind as a Pleasant Breeze which calms yours mind. I start to inhale and exhale the Wind. I Think that I am part of it. Then slowly my Regular Chakra started to mold into Wind Chakra and I directed the flow of that Chakra into my Palms. Because of this Wind Chakra, The Chakra Paper in my hand was cut into half. Showing that my affinity is Wind.
Then i start gathering my Regular Chakra into my hands and starts to Think of the Properties of the Wind. I think of the Wind as a Pleasant Breeze which calms yours mind. I start to inhale and exhale the Wind. I Think that I am part of it. Then slowly my Regular Chakra started to mold into Wind Chakra and I directed the flow of that Chakra into my Palms. As the boy channels his chakra into the chakra paper, Oasis notices the chakra paper bending a bit showing the properties of lightening, but quickly tears off into two, as the boy manages to get the grip of wind affinity.

Now I want you to send your chakra out of your body as loose gust of wind. You'd also be able to create small blast of wind which can blow away the sand. You can use this for various purposes.

Listening to My Senpai.
I lift my hand before me, Then i start to gather my Regular Chakra into my hand and starts to Mold it into the Wind Chakra. I try to make it as thin and also Sharp as Possible. Then i make my Wind Chakra flow into my Right hand then I Release it as Loose Gust of Wind at the Sand a few Centimeters away from me. After the Gust reaches the Sand. It was blowed away a little distance away from me.
Then I turn towards mt Senpai and replies.

You need to concentrate. Put in more chakra, think about wind, feel it. Try again.

Good, you got the strength correct. But fire is not exactly a weakness. If used together with fire, it gives a larger fire jutsu. If used against, it follows the general rule of fire vs wind.

Advantages
The Sand blown by the Gust of Wind may blind the person if it falls into his eyes.
This can blow away Kunais, Shurikens etc.
If the terrain contains full of Sand, I can use this Jutsu to camouflage myself behind the Sand in a way.
It can also be used to slow down the Taijutsu attacks.
Disadvantages
Can't be used if the opponent and I are in Mid Range.

No. This jutsu does not have enough power to 'blow away' the kunais. It can however stop the kunais from hitting you, if you concentrate the attack at a single place. Also, this is not that strong that it will slow down taijutsu attacks.

Unlike the previous jutsu, which was dust, this is a wind wall. Here you can push back weapons, slow down taijutsu attacks. You need to create a spinning wind that would act more like a defensive wall, but also can be used for attack.

I start gathering my Regular Chakra in my body. Then I start to Think about the properties of Wind. The Pleasant Breeze made by the Wind calms my mind. I am part of the Wind. Thinking of this, I start molding my Regular Chakra slowly into Wind Chakra by making it sharp and thin as possible. Then i focus my Wind Chakra before and concentrate to make a Wall Of Wind before me. Then i use Chakra Control to make the Wall to spin on it's point. The Spinning force of the Wind hit the clone which was before me and it pushed the clone away.
