Next, create a wind gust ascending into the sky. Then disperse it throughout the sky and manipulate the weather to create dark clouds in storm-like conditions. The clouds should then disappear as a large tornado of slicing wind is created and descends from the sky onto your target, slashing them violently in the vortex. Try it out.

This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

Looking at the 4 peins surrounding me, I perform the Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog hand seals while inhaling a large amount of wind which I then suddenly release while spinning around on my axis. When the wind starts to gush out, I shape manipulate it to form several slicing wind blades which towards all directions which would hit the 4 Peins causing severe cutting damage on their body.

Question

Can I tilt my head up or down to change the direction in which I blow the slicing wind?

Seeing some guys being very "naughty", I send my wind chakra high into the air reaching the atmosphere into a single point. Upon reaching there, I evenly disperse it across the battlefield creating stormy clouds. Then with clouds being in my control, I channel my wind chakra into it while shape manipulating it to form a huge F-5 Tornado which suddenly comes from the air and falls on the "bad" guys cutting them into pieces due to the sheer pressure used.

Question

How long does it take to form the stormy clouds and how long does it take for the tornado to come from the clouds to the ground?

(Fūton: Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Slashing Tornado

Seeing a few Peins running ironically with scissors in their hands, I shout to them "Don't run with scissors you rod filled idiots!" while pointing to a board which indicates a warning. Ignoring the warning, when the Peins continue running, I quickly perform a sequence of 7 hand seals which releasing two tornadoes which head towards the Peins. The first one engulfs all of the peins into one while the scissors starts to spin around cutting the rod filled Peins. Then the second tornado appeared out of nowhere and started combining with the first tornado creating a massive tornado which could cut the Peins into pieces. When the tornado subsided, each Pein had a scissor stuck to their ripped apart body. "Serves them right..."

Looking at the Peins running with scissors, I quickly perform a series of 7 hand seals while sending my wind chakra just before me. Then with the wind infused with my chakra, I manipulate the wind in such a away that it spins rapidly on its axis with larger radius at the top and smaller radius at the bottom. Then I send the tornado toward the Peins causing them to be ensnared into it while spinning around. I do the same process again without performing the hand seals and releases another tornado which combines with the first tornado to suddenly transform into a very giant tornado which starts cutting Peins on several parts of the body.​

Much better. Here's an easy one: After performing the Bird, Hare, Horse, and Ram handseals exhale a vertical blade of compressed wind 2 meters long at your target that holds a decent amount of destructive force. Demolish this tree here.

Looking at the huge tree, I quickly perform Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram hand seals while I focus my wind chakra into my mouth. Then I immediately release it while shape manipulating it into a vertical line which is 2 meters long. The blade of wind being so large, heads towards the tree and cuts it into half.

(Fūton: Fūjin no Jutsu) - Wind Release Dust Cloud Technique

With no target to use the technique on, I locate tree in the middle of nowhere, intending to cut it down in a harsh way, I rise both of my hands just before my mouth and overlaps each other with some space in the middle. Then I channel my wind chakra into my mouth and spits it out while changing the wind form into a dust form which suddenly shoots out towards the tree in a jet fast dust stream. The dust was so dark that it was entirely opaque, on contact with the tree, it started blowing it backwards while cutting the frontal part of it.

Questions

What sort of damage does this deliver? Cutting and?
How is the dust combined into the wind? From the ground or creating in the mouth along with the wind using chakra?
If the dust is combined with the wind on the ground, then I can't use this technique on metal terrain right?

(Fūton: Renkuudan) - Wind Style: Drilling Wind Bullet

Seeing the Ox staring at me and kicking it's legs on the ground, I assume that it might charge towards me. Taking precaution, I open my mouth to inhale a large amount of wind which I then collect in my stomach. In the blink of an eye, I pound my stomach and quickly releases the collected wind in form a massive bullet which heads towards the Ox with such force and speed that it would suffer severe damage and would fall back some distance.​

During the wave, release blades of wind from each of your fingertips that should come together into a single scythe of air. This jutsu is similar to the Wind Blade jutsu you learned a while back but this was shown to have enough power to stop the advance of Sasuke's susanno. Cut down a thick tree around here for firewood.

Seeing the crab unexpectedly come out of nowhere, I perform a sequence of 5 hand seals while I inhale a large amount of wind from the air. Then I quickly blow it outwards the crab covering a wide range while using shape manipulation to suddenly change it's shape into a fishing net which falls on the crab with enough power to slice it in pieces. Then I get a piece out of it and fries it on fire and then throws it towards the innocent Animal path, for her to eat it.

Question

The empty area between the blocks of the net don't carry any power right? Only the wire net has it..

(Futon: Shinkūzan no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Vacuum Slash technique

Staring at the tree in a very cold night, I swing my hand around while channeling my wind chakra into the finger tips and then points the fingers towards the tree. Then I release the wind all of a sudden while shape manipulating it into a long blades of which soon heads towards it cutting it in the middle, thereby, making the tree fall. Then I approach the sliced tree and grabs my sword to slice it into logs which I then throws it towards the Deva Path for him to build fire on.

Question

If I released the wind, can I control it using hand movements or finger moments like a thread?

Oh, this technique is a Kirby style U_U. -Sucks in the paths and blows them towards the crab making them splash into it- Wait, Danzo's summon should do the trick >_>

Looking at the might group of Peins, doing the silliest thing for a small piece (or a large one like the crab) to get food from me. I get angry and opens my mouth to inhale a large amount of wind from air making the Peins to stop in the middle (in running position) and come backwards towards me. Then I release the wind out of mouth all of a sudden while tilting my head slightly upwards making the bullet to fire which soon hits the Peins making them fly out of the Milky Way Galaxy.

"See ya idiots!"

Saying that, I run towards the crab ironically and grabs it to eat a piece while I throw a small one towards senpai.​

Excellent. Time for S ranks! ^^ For the first one perform the Rat handseal and produce air currents from your palms which should expand rapidly as you direct them throughout the battlefield. Any dust and debris present is carried by the raging winds, basically creating a large dust storm with no offensive properties. This technique may be maintained to extend the duration you control the air currents. Conceal yourself and escape.

This jutsu explains itself well enough. It's very similar to Vacuum Wave except you release multiple blades together in one direction. Demolish this wall, its hideous.

Then I suddenly shape manipulate the wind currents present in front of the dogs into a raging and spinning wind causing the dust to rise up in the air blinding the dogs. Then I silently remove my shirt (>_>) and throws it on one of the dogs so that it cannot track my scent. "Bad doggy!"

"Yuck! The drawing makes me so sick! Who in the world did that? I gotta destroy it so that no one can notice it and puke!". Saying that, I perform the Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog hand seals while inhaling a large amount of wind from air which I then suddenly release it while shape manipulating it into several blades of wind which I control to strike the entire wall while I shake my head left to right destroying the entire wall along with the gross picture made by an unknown artist. "Weird, that gross painting resembles someone.."

Seeing the puny (or massive) ox running towards me like hell, I perform the Tiger → Dog hand seals while inhaling wind from the air which I then release it out of mouth while shape manipulating it into a flat circle which then starts to become bigger and take a three dimensional shape of a sphere which then touches the charging Ox engulfing it in the sphere where it suffers severe cutting damage.

The opponent will be engulfed inside the sphere?​

Then I release it out of my mouth in form a of a sphere which I then shape manipulate to increase it's size continuously while heading towards the Ox. Upon contact with it, the Ox face's was a bit hurt and was forced to go back as it couldn't go front anymore.

Description: By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken, with the Rasengan in the centre remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud screech-like noise during, and after formation. In order to perform it in the beginning, Naruto required the aid of two shadow clones; he provides the chakra, one clone is responsible for the shape transformation, and the other provides the nature transformation. However, like with his use with the Rasengan, as his skill progresses, he becomes able to use it without the aid of any clone. Initially, he could only throw it while in Sage Mode but he has since learned how to maintain it and throw it in Nine Tails Chakra Mode and Bijuu Mode, even by simply using chakra arms. Finally, perform the Ram handseal and generate 5 tall tornadoes side by side like a huge wall sent toward your target. Pretty simple really. Stop this madness!

(Fūton: Rasenshuriken) - Wind Release: Spiraling Shuriken

Seeing the Peins trying to destroy Konoha, I channel my raw chakra into my right hand while running towards them. Then I manipulate the chakra to spin around continuously on it's axis while taking shape of a sphere with immense power. With the Rasengan ready, I add wind chakra into it into slowly and shape manipulates the wind to grow outwards in form a shuriken. After a while, a huge rasen shuriken was formed with the sphere in the center giving of a very high pitched sound while the boulders on the ground started to rise up and broke apart. Upon nearing the Peins, I slam it into the Deva path who is in the middle and runs backwards to get away from the range. Within a few seconds, the single rasen shuriken started expanding continuously to a huge dome with several needles piercing all the Peins at a microscopic level. After the dome subsided, the Pains were laying on the ground with blood leaking out of their bodies.

Questions

Do I need the help of 2 clones to make this or I make this alone?
I can only run with it and not throw it right?
Can the hand move after using this technique?
It said "Short (Long)", the Long version is only used by Naruto in Sage Mode right?

( Futon: Tatsumaki Heki ) - Wind Release: Tornado Wall

Seeing Peins rushing towards with all of their summonings looking angry, I become extremely frightened and tries to gather some courage by closing my eyes and believing that I can take on them at once. Slowly, I open my eyes while channeling my wind chakra into the air before me in a large amount and slowly manipulates the wind to spin around in 5 places while it becomes wider at the center when going upwards creating 5 huge tall tornadoes. Then I direct the tornadoes to the Peins and the animals sucking them inside the tornadoes making them spin continuously in it while suffering cutting damage inside it. After a while, the Peins and the animals started flinging into the air where they were totally unconscious dropping on the ground with no movement.

"Thank you for your help Peins.. You helped me master Wind element."​
