I wish to learn wind because it is a quick element. Also so I may use it to make combos with my fire element and one day combine it with 2 other elements to create my CE that I have come up with. I believe that covers you're question sempai ^^

Wind generally falls into one of two categories, with a few exception that fall into both. They are Slicing Wind and Blunt Force wind.

As the name's suggest, Slicing wind is capable of cutting flesh, trees and in some cases rock; where as Blunt force is generally used to push objects away from you or around the field.

There is a third Class of wind jutsu, that is basic manipulation of wind current that can be used to achieve one of the two above classes or can be used to create distractions (sandstorms etc).

Briefly describe how you would achieve the first two forms of wind (Slicing and Blunt force) by manipulation of your chakra.

With slicing wind I would probably need to focus and fine tune my futon chakra to create precise well timed waves of wind. Maybe it would not use as much raw chakra due to slicing being able to cut through things. I am not really sure.

As for blunt force wind you would probably have to add more wind chakra or wind in generral to whatever technique you are using. Maybe needing more chakra build or concentration. It wouldn't have to be as focused as the slicing wind due to blunt force being used to blow the enemy away instead of slicing.

Well, wind can be combined with water I think to create ice. It also is good to use with fire as the wind will just make the flames even more intense creating great combos. It can also be used as a counter, with strong wind jutsus being able to blow attacks away. As for its relation to earth and lightning I am not sure sempai. I have yet to train in those elementsw so I lack the knowledge over those two. With kenjutsu it could create a deadly combo of blade and wind. Also wind is going to be a key component in my CE.

Wind combines well with fire and water to make powerful and often large-scale jutsu. It can also combine with earth to a lesser extent being that you would mainly use it to create dust-storms and the like. I'm sure if you're creative enough (after you receive some training in it) you'll be able to think of some decent combinations using Wind and Earth.

Just some other basic aspect you'd need to know; Wind is strong against lightning jutsu, Wind is weak against Fire jutsu and is neutral to water and earth.

Good, we'll start with basic manipulation of wind itself:

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique
Type: Defence

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes

Release your wind chakra into the air around you, manipulating it to create a gentle current to lift up dust and dirt of the ground, eventually speeding it up to a greater force to pelt your target with the dust and dirt, blinding them and causing them discomfort. This will also leave a layer of dust/dirt on nearby objects.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

I'll then throw three kunai at your, hold your hands out in front of your and channel wind chakra through them to manipulate the wind in front of you. Manipulate the wind to create a wall or turbulent air that will push my kunai away from you.

This one I would start off by concentrating the fuuton chakra inside of me and start spreading it through the air via....well the wind. As I do this I slowly pour more chakra into the air and make the wind pick up and create a gust that starts picking up dust and dirt combining it with the chakra infused wind and causing it to get blurry in front of you'r clone. I then manipulate the wind to move the dust and dirt into you're clone's eyes blinding him momentarily.

As you pull out three kunai, I start focusing my chakra and placing my hands in front of you signaling I am ready. As you throw the kunai I focus the fuuton chakra into the wind in front of me. Increasing its turbulent force and pretty much push the air in the direction you threw the kunai. As the kunai is introduced to my wind I turn the kunai around and aim igt at a tree so that they miss you.

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

A lot of jutsu will be based upon the principle this one works off. You inhale a breathe of air and then use your wind chakra to pressurise your breath as you release a stream of wind. This only allows you to change direction Mid-air meaning you'd have to jump to use it under normal circumstances.
If standing on the ground release this at a bank of dust/sand/dirt to create a diversionary cloud.

(Fūton: Kaze Iwa Rendan) - Wind Release: Wind Rock Barrage

Another jutsu utilising manipulation of wind currents, releae your wind chakra to create a vortex of wind that lifts my clone up into the air, also dragging with it variable sized rock, that strike him in the air.
Also leaves your target in a vulnerable position for follow up attacks.

I start by taking in a deep breathe of air from our surroundings. I then infuse and pressurize the air with my wind chakra and expel the air from my mouth at the ground below me. This cause the dirt and dust to rise and form a cloud that could act as a diversionary tactic. (Finally, something to dodge with XD)

I start focusing the wind chakra all around me and mix it with the air surrounding us. As I do this, I look around for a large rock and focus on making my wind pick it u in the breeze. At the same time my wind starts to lift you're clone off the ground and into the air along with the rock. I then manipulate the wind to pull him and the rock towards each other, as if they had a magnetic attraction.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Channel your wind chakra into your hands and then forcibly clap them together, compressing the built up wind and releasing it all at once as you do. This will create a shock wave to knock-back thrown projectiles, people and can even be used to speed up thrown projectiles of your own.

3. No hand seals and could come in handy as a defensive maneuver

1. Probably can't stop large projectiles
2. Would cause a small fire to turn into a a blaze possibly harming yourself
3. I can't really think of anymore as this is a good jutsu.
How you would use it in battle: Well, I'd use it as a way to either speed up my kunai causing the opponent to react quickly to it or I would use it to push an enemy back. Can I use this to evade?
How you would counter it: Well, depending on whether or not my opponent threw kunai with it (assuming they do) I would use a B-rank fire jutsu, aiming to increase the fire's potency and then follow that up with the jutsu where I breathe in and send the fire toward the user in hopes of incinerating him.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start by grabbing a few kunai from my ninja pouch. Then, as I channel my chakra into my arms, I bring my arms out and slam them together. As my hands would clap against each other I would release my chakra into them, compressing the air and sending a shock wave from the clap at the opponent along with the kunai being thrown directly before my hands clap.

It is indeed a good jutsu, quick and easy to activate and has decent applications. Effective for getting people away from you if they get too close. ^^

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

After performing the five hand seals you'll create a gust of wind by manipulating the air currents around you, giving it enough force to knock over that group of clones.

The comment about being used by a superior shinobi, that just means an S-jounin using this against a Sage would lose out against the Sage's own Great Break Through Jutsu.
