In the scenario you posted, Asuma's wind kunai would overpower Sasuke's lightning infused kusanagi blade but also Sasuke's blade itself is much stronger than a kunai so keep that in mind. Because Sasuke's blade itself is much stronger, I believe the kunai would be cut and not the kusanagi blade itself.
