*I concetrate on the wind properties as I am gathering chakra within my body. As enough chakra has been gathered I release it into the air and then mold it into a claw like shape applying thin and razor sharp edges so that it has a cutting effect. I then use my chakra control to extend out with the claw towards the clone and cut him and pushes him further away as i do so.*

When and How will I use this jutsu?
- It's cool looking and would use it with style! All joking aside I would use this to cut my opponent to pieces by trying to grab him and injure him all around his body so that he is too hurt to move. Powerful attack that could knock the opponent backwards and launch another attack right away.

How would I defend against it?
-Be best to just dodge it as any contact with the body would hurt me. possibly that earth jutsu that goes into the ground. Since I don't know it, I would have to use my KG to spot the jutsu coming at me and counter it with an equivalent fire jutsu.

Question:
-I can grab a hold of the person with this jutsu?

*Gathers wind chakra within my body and from all over. I finally gather enough and send it towards my right arm and eventually down to my hand. As I am continuously gather chakra I push it towards my index finger. As i'm doing this some fuuton chakra is emitting from my finger and able to slightly see it coming off. I mold the chakra and it materializes into an invisible sword but I also make sure that the layer is as thin as possible and sharp. I start swinging it around and makes a whistling sound throughout the ears and can hear it everytime I take a swing. I finally swing at the clone and he completely slices in half and disappears.*

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-Would have to use this when the wind is blowing atleast a little bit so that i could use it as a sword. Very effective jutsu where it says it's unblockable. Therefore the opponent has to dodge some how but this jutsu is also very fast. Wouldn't have time to react unless with a KG or some other abilities.

How would I defend against it?
-Says unblockable. I would have to learn the earth jutsu where I can go underground. If I have learned any Genjutsu I could possibly trick the user that he had hit me with it. Otherwise I am not sure.

I start my concentrating on the wind properties and gather chakra at the same time. I make sure I have gather an incredible about of chakra to be able to perform the following jutsu. Once I do so I push my chakra towards my lungs as I am not ready to release it yet. I perform the hand seal Ram and forcefully send the chakra out of my mouth and a huge blast of wind forms slashing leveling anything in its way. It moves at an tremendous speed towards the clone. Speed of the wind makes a whistling sound as it goes on and levels the clone into bits of pieces.


When and How will I use this jutsu?
-I will probably use this justsu more in short range as it would travel in incredible speed that the opponent would not be able to move. Always as this jutsu is uncontrollable it would be wise to make sure the opponent is in short range so that the probability of connecting with it is high.

How would I defend against it?
-I will probably not use this jutsu in mid range as it would lessen the chance of connecting with the opponent as it is unpredictable. Also I can get caught up in the wind and damaging me so I have to be extra careful when using this jutsu. I would not use this also to defend and incoming ration jutsu either because of it’s unpredictability.


Question:
-How can the user be caught up in it when the user is blowing the wind out of the mouth, thus being behind the jutsu when the force and the momentum of the jutsu is forward?

Just the size of the jutsu, if the user can't control it then it can easily get him. Like a windy day...you can't just go behind a wall and not get caught because wind can go everywhere especially this size.

Starts to swing the fan around to get a hold of it and get an idea of how the fan works.... Swinging some more ...... ahh I should be ready now. As I am holding the giant fan on my right hand, I focus on my fuuton chakra throughout my body. I gather it on my right hand and as I feel that it is enough for this jutsu I release it and infuse it with the giant fan. Once I do this I swing the giant fan in a upward fashion and release the chakra. By doing so I mold it into a giant vortex that swirls causing the clones to be lifted up in the air and towards the clouds. The clones get zapped 3 times by natural lightning and falls down. Clones disappears

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-I would use this jutsu when I need to counter a lightning jutsu and at the sametime I would use it so that the would get zapped by lightning. Also throwing them in the air kind of limits them to doing certain things and would be a big disadvantage to them so it would be a perfect jutsu to use when launching a counter attack.

How would I defend against it?
-Bad because you have to have a fan. I do not have a fan. I would defend against this by moving out of its range. I would also be able to use a fire jutsu to overcome this jutsu. I would definatly try to move out of it's range however because I do not want to be in the air almost immobolized.

At the sametime I mold it into a giant hurricane which I release it towards the clone. The clone gets sucked up and violently slashes him. He would of died however he is a clone, therefore he just disappears.

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-Would use it as a finishing blow to my opponent to either kill or they are unable to continue to fight. Could be very effective in mid range as it would be easier to perform two jutsu's.

How would I defend against it?
-Need to perform another jutsu before performing this one so it would be a slight disadvantage in short range. However the first jutsu is performed pretty fast so it all really depends on the situation. I would defend this by getting out of it's range. The first jutsu is unblockable so by knowing that I would either create a clone to take the damage or there is also a water jutsu where it would just go right through me and not damage me.

I start by focusing on my fuuton chakra within my body. After doing so I push my chakra into my lungs and perform the following hand seals in order Rat → Rabbit → Dog. Once I finsih with the Dog handseal I take a deep breath and exhale with great force in 2 sec intervals molding it into balls of wind. I direct it at it towards the clone and all of them hits the clone which results in cutting his flesh. Clone disappears after he is hit with the jutsu

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-In my mind, I'm thinking that this is a ball of wind in rapid succession, therefore it would be great to use it as it's only one jutsu but I can make several balls of wind to attack in different direction. Would definatly use it against a moving target specially in the air. Would be great as well in either short or long range.

How would I defend against it?
-If it's coming at me in rapid succession, I would have to use a big enough fire that would supress all of it. The fire jutsu would have to be large to cover all the space. I could also defend it by going out of range by possibly using a earth jutsu going underground or a hurricane fist to go backwards.

I take a deep breath to stay calm and cool , I start concentrating and collecting a big amount of fuuton chakra in my stomach. I quickly push it towards my lungs soon as I have gathered all of the chakra that is needed. I quickly mold it at the sametime into a wide blade of wind I perform the following handseals in order Rat → Snake → Horse → Rat → Rabbit → Dog. After the handseals are done I take a deep breath and I spin my body in place while forcefully exhaling the wide blade of wind that would cut through multiple opponents at once.

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-I would use this jutsu to cover a lot of range as in width. For example if there is a big ball of lighnting coming my way, I would use this to cover the initial width of the ball so that it cancels and none of the lightning would hit me. I would also use it when fighting or facing more than one opponent to hit them at the same time with one jutsu.


How would I defend against it?
-A equivalent defensive wind jutsu or get out of the range. It would be easy for me as a sharingan user to spot this jutsu from being used because of the hand seals. I could get out of range easily. I could also use fire jutsu to cancel it.

At this time I look up towards the sunny sky and decide that it's the perfect time to get wet. I take a deep breath once again to staly clam and collective. I gather a big amount of fuuton chakra within my body and once that has been completed I push it towards my lungs and quickly release my wind chakra into the clouds with great force. As I look apon the sky, it is turning very dark and creates a stormy condition. As I wait a bit more a tornado is formed like a F-5 tornado with a slicing wind power. It hits the clone from above and cuts multiple times before the clone disappears.

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-To change the conditions and the enviroment. Stormy conditions won't be idea for a fight, but for a person like me with a KG it wouldn't matter and won't hinder me as much. I am almost certain that the tornado will be formed from above and land on the ground so this would be a great jutsu to use when changing "levels" on my attacks.

How would I defend against it?
-I wouldn't be able to change the conditions at the moment or don't know how, however I could cancel the tornado with an equivalent wind jutsu or a fire jutsu. I can always go into the ground if I have learned doton. I believe there is also a water based jutsu where you can liquify yourself from getting hit. Although that probably won't be the best with water.

Question
In the description it says "stormy conditions". Does this mean it will rain, and if so how long? Also if it does rain, will i be able to detect people within the ran that has been created with my chakra? Since I send my chakra into the clouds to create the stormy conditions.

I keep in mind the characteristics of wind as I am concentrating on my chakra within myself. I focus more this time as I would need to gather an incredible amount of chakra to perform this next jutsu. I concentrate on my tenketsu and it's flow within the circulatory system. I make it flow a bit faster to gather more chakra than ever before. I rotate the flow of my chakra towards my stomach and make it go faster. Once the chakra has been gather I quickly push it towards my lungs and mold it into a great slashing tornado. I perform the 4 hand seals and quickly release the wind chakra and mold it into a toranado in a rotating fashion sending it towards the first clone. While the tornado is on it's way I quickly gather more chakra but in greater quantity than before. Once it's ready I against perform hand seals this time 7 in order. Then I release the chakra and mold it into 2 tornado's concurrently in a spinning fashion as a tornado would be. I send both of them to clone number 2. As the first one approaches it sucks him in and cuts him violently but before he gets thrown down the 2nd tornado gets combined with the first tornado thus slashing the clone to death with razor sharp wind pinions. As it's only a clone it just disappears.

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-Best to use this, once the opponent is trapped or binded in some kind of way because of the jutsu being a short ranged jutsu and also it seems like it would take a bit to perform this jutsu. Although the hand seals wouldn't take incredibly too long, a few seconds it an eternity to perform the heals if faced against someone who has a KG.

How would I defend against it?
-Best way to counter is to use a more powerful fire jutsu. A fire jutsu great in diameter or circumference so that it would engulf the whole tornados. Easiest way would be to just get into mid range via hurrican fist or go underground. Can predict this attack with a sharingan as 7 hand seals are needed.

*I franticly get the fan back from piccolosan*

I start off my concentrating a huge amount of fuuton chakra that is required for this technique. I gather it withing my body and the push it towards my arm which eventually goes down towards my hands. I infuse it with the fan that I had gotten from piccolosan. I quickly start flapping the fan around towards the clone and at the sametime releasing my fuuton chakra and molding it to turn it into a tornado. The tornado moves swiftly at great speed towards the clone which ensnares it and cuts him into pieces before he dissappears. While the first toranado is moving I quickly gather a larger amount of fuuton chakra and concentrate it with the same charasteristics of the previous one. I push the chakra towards my lungs and quickly peform the required seven hand seals. I than release it through my mouth with great force with a twisting nature and mold it into a tornado as I am releasing it. The tornado is formed and heading towards the second clone which before it reaches it, it combines with the first one and creates a bigger tornado. The clone gets ensnared into it and then gets sliced to death with the wind pinions. The second clone dissappears as it will not die as it's only a clone.

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-Best to use this, once the opponent is trapped or binded in some kind of way because of the jutsu being a short ranged jutsu and also it seems like it would take a bit to perform this jutsu. Although the hand seals wouldn't take incredibly too long, a few seconds it an eternity to perform the heals if faced against someone who has a KG.

How would I defend against it?
-Best way to counter is to use a more powerful fire jutsu. A fire jutsu great in diameter or circumference so that it would engulf the whole tornados. Easiest way would be to just get into mid range via hurrican fist or go underground. Can predict this attack with a sharingan as 7 hand seals are needed.
