Also if I never told you, unless stated in the description, then wind jutsu will come out from your mouth O_O
Moving on:
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpū) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they swing it to create a powerful whirlwind of gusts of wind by releasing the wind chakra in sync with the swing of the sword.
Alright with this you need your sword/katana. As you gather in your chakra channel it unto your sword/katana. Then as you swing it unto the direction of your opponent, release and mold your chakra and create a powerful whirlwind. Make it all in sync of your swing.
"creates clone"
*I just assumed al this time it came from the mouth, well better late than never

*
*Good thing that I had this Katana made yesterday!, Unsheeth's Katana!*
*Focusing my chakra within me to my stomach. I push all the gather chakra towards me right arm and hand. At the sametime applyig the chakra into my katana. I keep applying the chakra with consistant levels so that it doesn't shoot off everywhere when I swing it. I raise back with my right arm and violently with all my force swing from down to upward direction, While swinging the katan I mold the chakra that is in the katana into a powerful whirlwind. Once modling has been complate I make sure to aim it at the clone so that wirlwind would reach him. As it reaches him the clone is cut in half and disappears.*
When and How will I just this jutsu?
-In a batlle when weapons are involved. If you are close range you could block and then swing at the opponent while doing this technique, not only he has to block the blade but the jutsu as well. I find this specially usefull during short range fights.
How would I defend against it?
-I'd have to keep my distance from this user and make my predictions from the data I'd collect from the battle itself. But as to reaction if caught in short range, you should be able to see the chakra levels within the sword change and should be expecting it thus giving me enough time to counter or simply dodge.
