How this technique works:
The user must focus their wind chakra into their palms before clapping them together to force their chakra into the air around them producing a point of high pressure around them. This high pressure system around the user creates the gust of wind that allows this technique as the air rapidly moves to try and equalize the pressure with the rest of the environment. This is exactly like how wind works in the real world except with the added control of the user.

Disadvantages:

• No long range capacity
• Blades must be spinning to be controlled effectively by the user. In other words the advantage of this jutsu would be minimized if used on a spear, or blade incapable of spinning to deal damage. (let me know if this is wrong)
• Jutsu is not suitable for defensive or supplementary uses as the blades have to be infused with chakra before being manipulated. Ie the user cant use this jutsu to control other peoples weapons unless they were able to touch it first.

How this technique works:
Embedding the blade or weapon with the use's chakra allows the material to be influenced by the users wind chakra with greater precision, to the extent that rotation, speed, direction and sharpness can all be controlled simultaneously. Although normal weapons can be propelled and manipulated by a skilled wind chakra type, this jutsu allows a greater level of precision to be achieved by much more simple means that makes the technique viable in a combat situation. The integration of wind chakra within the blade allows a much greater level of control and power than what would be possible from a normal blade.

How this technique works:
This technique again relies on the extension of the conventional physics of wind and air pressure but with the added assistance and control of chakra. The user makes several handseals to focus their chakra within their body then creates a violent increase in the air pressure around their entire body, that is determined by the extent of their chakra control and stamina (ie, the greater the shinobi's chakra, the greater the potential power of this technique). This high high pressure system creates the gust of wind that forces outwards around the user, however unlike the technique mentioned before, this jutsu allows a continuous stream of chakra to be expelled from the user, greatly increasing the effective range and force behind the gust. This technique however does reduce the users ability to accurately manipulate small objects within the gust of wind, and does not allow the accuracy

The suddenly huge buildup of pressure and energy around him causes a huge torrent of air to force everything backwards in all directions. Kami continuous to focus his stream of chakra for a few seconds, creating enough force to knock over the tree in front of him and even the other trees that lie within 10 meters of his position.

How this technique works:
When using a weapon the user of this jutsu concentrated their chakra within the flat surface of the blade or fan and uses it to strengthen the air pressure that is normally created by the swift forward movement of that weapon. When using handseals the effect of a high pressure system is created by concentrating the chakra in the lungs instead. The slashes are created using the small particles that are either moved by the weapon or blown out the lungs as a medium with which the force of the wind can cause damage to the opponent. Although only small scars are created the force behind them can create a would up to two inches deep.

How it Works:

Using chakra shape manipulation the user directs these small vibrations into a circular motion, which coupled with the movement of several thousand particles creates small spinning whirlwinds. The speed, power, direction and size of these whirlwinds can be further controlled by the user. When combining this technique with Fire Release: Running Fire, this rotation of air is used as an oxygen vacuum that sucks fuel through the mouth of the whirlwind to the base, where it feeds the fire the fuel it needs to grow rapidly, thus creating a huge fiery whirlwind.

The blades named "Life" and "Death" respectively, are made of heirloom chakra silver that has been reforged into a new weapon every generation, having almost endless battle experience.

The weapon allows the user to use the chained blades as normal chakra blades would be, however with the benefit of range. Enabling the user to distance himself while attacking, and use the chains as a way of entangling and trapping his foes. The chakra control of the user allows both the blades and the chains to be used as a cutting surface, while the chains enable the blades to be retracted towards to user after being thrown or swung. "Life" and "Death" act as a normal pair of chakra blades in respects to damage, but allow the user to utilize the chained blades as a medium for any weapon based justu that they are trained in. How it is performed:
The user focuses their chakra within their limb or appropriate weapon and slashes swiftly releasing their chakra in the movement. As the chakra is released it attached to particles in the air that come into contact with the medium used, and accelerates them to high speeds. This acceleration provides the powerful force of the slashes, and the chakra control of the user is what enables them to direct the direction and speed of the slashes to some extent. The extreme cutting force of this technique is produced because of these particles, that are so small they are capable of breaking down the physical bonds of almost any material with just small enough a cut as to render its protection useless, but this technique cannot create large cuts that are of great enough size to break objects that are two massive. The limited range of the technique is because as the particles rapidly accelerate they begin to be shaved away and broken down by the huge air resistance that is caused by their high speeds.
