Well.... I Want to learn wind element in order to make my water element Jutsu arsenal more powerful When I learn them. I would Also like to create a Fighting Style based on Wind and Water Element.
Well based on what I have learned from the Anime, Wind element is the main element required for sealing techniques and also one of the five main elements releases. It is weak against Fire and Strong against Lightning elements. It can Also be used with Fire to increase its intensity and With Water element to Form Ice release and Increase the torrential power of Water element techniques. Wind is formed by making your chakra as thin as possible. By making it extremely thin it becomes Like a blade able to cut through most basic elements. As stated before Wind element is associated with Sealing and Sealing techniques But I am unaware of how exactly.

Wind element isn't very important to Fuuinjutsu (sealing techniques). I've watched all 700(ish?) episodes of Naruto and don't really remember that xD.

Well I pretty Much have no Idea what this is But I will Give you my best guess after doing some research.
Shape Manipulation is when one is able to change their chakra into solid form without any elemental attributes attached to it. Just plain chakra in some form. Something like a Rasengan where the chakra is expressed in the form of a sphere. It might also be Like the water Prison that Kisame used on Guy during their second battle.
Nature Transformation I would say is adding and element to a technique to increase its power and in some cases even range of attack and even add and effect to the attack. The best example of this is when naruto uses the different natures of the tailed beasts to create different forms of the rasengen

Hm, it's not strictly limited to solidifiying chakra, and it can be involved with elemental chakra as well.

hmm I understand the concept of shape manipulation and Nature transformation better now.
Well to do nature transformation into win I would start by first visualizing and Making my chakra as thin and as sharp as possible. making it thin to mimic the qualities of wind itself. And also visualizing myself creating wind from my chakra while making it sharper and thinner.

Lets put your skillz to the test. You're correct in describing nature transformation for wind; now, release a blst of streams of wind from your mouth, or limb, to defend, or attack.
*Throws several kunais at you, aimed at your mouth, arms, legs, etc*
Deflect these weak kunai's with this technique!

*chojuro seeing the Kunai's coming quickly moves into action by covering his body first with his chakra and then quickly releasing a burst of wind from his entire body by Thinning out his chakra and making it flow from his body. As the Kunai's get closer to his body they are deflected to the ground*
