- First of all, if you don't understand something or have any other questions please ask them either here or via vm and I'll try to answer them as good as I can
- Secondly, try to reply in your own words, thus not simply copy me nor anyone else. It does not matter if you get something wrong. "A smooth sea never made a skilful mariner."
- Thirdly, please try to use proper English. It is very annoying for both you and me if I do not understand what you say and I tell you to redo the jutsu over and over again until I understand you xd

as i do this i feel the air that was calm before become harsh. i realise air is a rather strong element as its in abundance...

*As you start drawing on my face my dog appears being you and starts growling at you. I wake up and use a wind jutsu to get the drawings off of my face*

i felt .....INVINCIBLE !....wind is like a silent assasin waiting to happen..You cant actually stop wind because its everywhere.wind feels strong enough to be actually able to move a sumo wrestler off his feet...plus its awfully helpful in removing ing^_^

as you hand me the leaf i remember when it took naruto 50 clones to do this...*gulp*
i take the leaf and put it flat in my right palm and stare at it for a long time..
konohamaru: here goes nothing
i put my left palm on it and first try to concentrate on my wind chakra.I focus my mind on the meditation and feel the wind chakra building inside me.I concentrate to channel it all to my hands which i have clamped hard...i open my hand to see the left torn halfway.
I now build some confidence after doing this and focus on my wind chakra again and channeling it to my hands more quickly this time...i open my palms with one eye open and see the leaf cut in two

Cool, I think you are ready for the first real wind jutsus! 
But before that one little thing, the training technique we will use:
I will post two (or sometimes three) techniques and how to use them, then you will go to the Naruto wikia and look the techniques up. Then write for each jutsu:
I adopted this training technique from other senseis and try to improve it so it will stay interesting for both of us

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. Focus your wind chakra and create a gust of wind that will take loose sand and dust with it. This will act as a sort of sandblaster on the area around you. Beside that it can blind the opponent due to the sand that gets in their eyes.

Focus your wind chakra and create a wall of spinning wind in front of you. This wall can be used to push back weapons that are thrown towards you, or close range taijutsu techniques. However if a smokebomb or a exploding tag gets caught in the wall it will atomatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind. This will result in damaging you also, so watch out ^_^

i concentrate and build up my wind chakra in me then i release and focus my wind chakra in front of me to create a gust of wind that blows violently towards my front at one of your clones throwing sand particles violently about as it goes
How: a strong stream of wind is blown towards an opponent which can push him back and also prevents him from seeing cuz of the sand particles this move carries.
Adv: it slows the opponent down, and pushes them back a bit
Disadv: weak to fire,
Defence: create a stronger wind attack, use fire jutsu.
Wind Release: Rumbling wind wall
i concentrate huge amount of wind chakra and release it to form a wall of violent wind in front of me.
How: the user releases wind chakra to form a wall of violent wind in front of him.it can be used to block weapons and also can be used offensively by hitting it towards an opponent with another jutsu such as the first one.
Adv: Provides quick defence,
Disadv: will cause tags and other stuff to explode right in your face.
Defence: quickly throw a kunai with a tag/flash bomb at opponent who does this

How: i focus on my wind chakra and build it inside me. i then jump into the air and channel the chakra through my mouth creating a strong wind that blows me backwards in the air. i stop the technique and i land a few metres away. i then blow my wind chakra again aiming it to the ground sending partices of sand into the air and concealing me.
How it works: i user concentrates his wind chakra and blows it through his mouth creating a strong stream of wind from the mouth so strong thait pushes the user backwards. The user can also perform this technique but aim it to the ground. The strong wind will instantly blow sand particles into the air thus concealing the user
Adv: the jutsu helps to avoid jutsu throw when the user is airborne. It can also be used to conceal the users presence and make clones to confuse the enemy.
Disadv: once the user uses the move he cant control his direction and might move into trouble
Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm
How: i focus wind chkra into my hands then i throw 2 shuriken into the air and as they are the same height with my chest i clap my hands together creating a strong gale of wind from the compressed air which pushes the shuriken at incredible speed at 2 of your clones.
How its done: The user claps his hands in front o him creating a strong gale of wind from the compressed air
Adv: the jutsu increases the strength and power of kunai etc when used in conjunction. it can also be used to defend taijutsu by blowin opponent back.
Disadv:weak to fire
Defence: get out of the way using a jutsu such as the wind stream tech( after jumping)

How: i remove 2 shuriken and face 2 of your clones. i then channel my wind chakra into the shuriken and throw them at the clones while manipulating the weapons to spin extremely fast...

Adv: quick and easy to perform,increases speed and strength of weapons

I focus my wind chakra until i have a large amount.i then perform the handseals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake to create a gust of wind which blows everything in front of me backwards.
How its done: The user builds his wind chakra then after performing the required handseals creates a gust of wind which may be strong enough to blow a tree away.
Adv: the technique can clear the users view of smoke or anything blocking it, it can be used with fire to create a stronger jutsu
Disadv: requires 5 handseals to perform,
Defence: Get outta way??? and use a stronger fire jutsu against user

yes, that is sort of true, but due to elemental advantage you don't need to use a 'stronger' fire jutsu to block this attack, an equally strong fire technique would do.
