Sounds good to me.
Wind release or Fuuton is one of the basic five elements. With this element, you can create wind or manipulate the wind that surrounds you. In my opinion wind is one of the most versatile elements because of you can do so much with it, from sending a blast of wind towards something to send it backwards, to sending your chakra into weapon, adding to it's cutting power. There's many ways to use this element but that depends on the situation of the battle. You can create tornadoes, you can change your direction whilst in the air, Rasengan also comes to mind.
As far as weaknesses and strengths, Wind is weak against fire because the air fuels the fire, adding to its power and making it more dangerous but that doesn't mean you can't use wind to counter fire techniques. Techniques like Hurricane fist (I've been reading the jutsu list) can be really useful, should your opponent release a stream, or a fireball towards you. As those can block your opponent's vision as well as yours but as you rise from the ground you can prepare another attack to surprise your opponent. Wind is weak against fire, yes but it can also be use in combinations. Taking advantage of the fact that air fuels the flames, after you use a fire technique, in this case lets say a stream technique, you could follow up with a wind blast that reaches the stream, fueling the stream, adding to it's power but also making it travel faster. Wind is strong against lightning because it is a natural electrical insulator. Lightning has many techniques that can spread all through out the battlefield, that's were techniques like the peacock whirlwind technique can come save you. As it's a technique were the user releases a vortex of wind that surrounds their entire body, canceling the lightning.
As far as kg's that are made of wind, I don't know much of them. But what I do know is that with wind and water, the ice kg was created, at least if I remember correctly. Scorch is made of fire and wind and dust release is made of earth or sand and wind, we've seen Mu who is probably the best dust user in the series.
I'd like to learn wind release because I have read the jutsu list and have come up with some combinations I'm dying to try. Plus, it's probably on my top two elements along with Earth. I also plan on taking the rain test in the future and the mastery of wind is one of the requirements.
