Very good as alwaysStrong points
Weak points
- It doesn't state that there is any hand seals requirment so that's good. If I remember correctly Gaara used this in his Shukaku form and simply exhaled a lot of wind so there's no hand seals.
- This technique also has the capability to blind your opponents. with the sand added into the mix, you have the factors of the mass amount of wind and sand blocking your opponent's vision. In a sense this is like a larger version and more agressive version of the D-ranked wind wall techniue when mixing it with sand and dust.
- Again with talking about the sand you add mass to the wind. Depending on the amount of sand you manage to pick up with this technique there is a certian weight and mass applied in the wind mixture allowing you to have more force in pushing back your opponents as well as hindering objects from coming towards you.
Combinations-strategies I'm in a battle now that I think I might like to use this technique, as I am in a desert oasis ^^. This technique would be a good diversionary tactic to use against your opponent. This technique could carry them away while blocking their vision long enough for me to preform another attack or set up for a more devestating move...for the insurance
- Although this technique has the added affect of the sand, in reality this technique isn't much more then a strong gust of wind that has the same potential as every other wind technique that utilzes a large gust of wind.
- The problem this technique poses is that not everywhere has large enough amounts of sand and dust for this technique to work too effectively. This is a prime justu for use in the desert, however not in places like a grassy plain although some dust may be prevelent, it wouldn't seem like the best place to use such a technique. Gaara made it work for him because he was a Sand user and had large amounts at his dispose.
- N/A
Also if they combat with a wind technique, so long as it's not of a stronger rank, they would simply cause the sand to rise and disperse which could still give me some time to work.
Ways to counter this technique I would say the best method to counter this technique would be to turn the attack against them. If a stronger wind technique could be used to dispers this one and even push the gathered sand back to one's opponent, they will find themselves in a tricky spot, sorta using your opponents' own jutsu agains them in a way

*I channle my chakra through my body, focusing on my wind nature. I project my chakra outwards, creating a powerful gust, attracting the dirt, dust and sand around the area to give it mass and dexterity and the powerful gust travels outwards in front of me in a large sand gust*
One of the most detested wind techniques in the history out our site... xd(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist

Description: The user delievers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
I want you to deliver a punch in any desired location while focusing wind chakra around that arm. Once the punch is delivered you will release the wind chakra outwards in the form of a whirlwind vortex that will head towards your desired target.
