Well if the winds are sharp enough, wouldn't they be able to cause friction? Although I'm not entirely sure about that, it was a shot in the dark.

The tags are very fragile and the kanji could be sliced and cause the tag to be ineffective.
Would you mind posting a new combination before we proceed? ^_^
Although it was very good I liked how you were really thinking outside of the box.

Altered Combination: If one could manage to create at least one clone they could they could set it up where the clone could get behind one's opponent and place themselves in front, they could then both preform the jutsu, which could cause sever damage from both frontal or rear positions.
Or if there is a possibility of more then one clone and one or more were hidden, As a set up, one or more of the clones could restrict the movements of the shinobi, having you force them in the air, and your clones grabbing onto them to prevent movement so that way you could use the jutsu successfully even if you loose your clones, or you could use another wind jutsu that would force your opponent towards you as you use this jutsu, the wind jutsu being used could be a simple burst so there is no fear of the two jutsu negating one another and since one can't move in the air freely chainging their initial direction (their momentum forward, backwards, upwards, etc), they wouldn't be able to move to evade the jtusu

Strong points
- This technique has the ability to deflect weaponry which is always a plus.
- The technique is refined into a sphere rather then just being a gust of wind, that being said, it's compact meaning it has a better restriction and energy as it's restricted and there is air moving inside it, meaning the refined burst has a rather stimulating impact on it.
- This jutsu can be used as a projectile, however not one that you'd normally think of like a shuriken. It doesn't cause cuts or laserations, but it does have a powerful packed punch to it.
- Although expressed as a plus above, the fact that it's refined in its size and shape means it's restricted in some ways concerning it's ability to deflect projectiles. When I say that I mean it's incapable of deflecting several projectiles, if one were to say use the shuriken shadow clone jutsu.
- Small in it's size, it can be evaded rather easily or countered pretty easily so it requires quite some level of accuracy.
- N/A
Ways to counter this technique I would say a rather powerful Fire technique would be able to do the trick, either that or a barrier of some sort made of chakra or an earth wall potentially. A jutsu of greater mass combating it maybe.

Overall it was good ^_^ but as for the enhancing your own projectiles I wouldn't recommend it. As you stated yourself, this technique packs a punch instead of simply blowing or cutting. So once it touches your kunais, shurikens etc. They will be knocked of their intended course.
I want you to take a deep breath while focusing your wind chakra in side of your lungs. Then you will exhale the air in a gust of wind that will turn into small tornadoes by using shape manipulation to form them. (Up to three tornadoes)

Ways to counter this technique I could say get yourself to where you're out of range of the jutsu to make it ineffective, via some other jutsu like hurricane fist, or the wind stream. Either that or come at it with a stronger jutsu like a powerful water jutsu. I'm not sure how a fire technique would fair, although I guess it could work.

Combinations-strategies Maybe adding to the already mentioned combination of this technique and running flames, if the user were to use this jutsu and to shoot the several flaming tornades at an angle so that they would all meet at one point, they would collide and make a large inferno of flames and potentially cause more damage to your opponent or create a screen of some sort to block the vision of your opponent. If you were one to have Byakugan, it would be a safer bet to use this as if you didn't you'd be blocking your own line of vision as well.

After performing the Tiger → Snake → Ram I want you to focus your wind chakra out in front of you. Thereafter you will create a vortex of wind that will head towards you desired target to blast him.

Strong points
- You're creating a vortex of strong wind to act as a great force towards your opponent. I find that rather useful in having the direct affect of pushing your opponents back with a pretty significant punch.
- I see possibilities of combining this technique with a fire jutsu to create a rather strong vortex of fire to have the added affects of burning to this technique.
- N/A
- The jutsu is rather refined to a single direaction and pinpointed area, it's not wide spread so it is easier to avoid or defend against for your opponent.
- This jutsu seems like it's best use would be to combine it with another technique of some sort, as it's only forcing your opponent back, although it has a stronger packed punch to it, it's still relatively lacking in it's killing or great hindering power so adding another technique to it seems to be the best thing for it, which means another jutsu and a larger gap of time to exploit.
- There's not that long a range either, so there's the refinded range in the sense of how wide the winds are and the fact that it doesn't span so far leaves a lot of room to evade/avoide in this technique.
Combinations-strategies This technique would be good with running fire, I believe, if this technique is a single vortext of wind, if one were to use running fire along side the vortex, having the winds transport the fire, this would make a great combination.
Ways to counter this technique I would say a strong earthly barrier or wall could protect you from this, or using another technique to take you out of range behind, eitherside, or above the initial vortex's range.

I want you to focus your wind chakra around your dominant hand. You will then sweep it in front of you in a wave manner. As its sweeping I want you to release the wind chakra in the form of a wave. If done in rapid succession you can release up to three wind waves by swiping your hand back and forth.

There's no need to apologize, it's difficult being a sensei and a mod at the same time, I don't mind the wait.
Strong points
- By description of the jutsu, it states that this wind is strong enough and is sharp enough to cut through anything. Although there may be a few exceptions the idea is, that this wind is very sharp and strong which gives you the ability to slice through things like: your opponent, objects that hinder you etc.
- Added to that slicing and cutting potential of this technique, since it's implied that the technique is a rather strong wave of wind that has great cutting potential, this serves as defense as well as offense, and I mean that in terms of blocking projectiles of a moderately fair size maybe.
- Finally, the number of times you can do this in a row (three max) this gives you the ability to strike thrice with the technique, and I could see it being difficult for your oppoent to evade three sessions of this technique, if used in the right way.
- Biggest thing I see wrong with this technique is that it's a wave based on your hand and it doesn't seem to have the greatest range in terms of how wide spread the winds are, meaning it may be avoidable without exiting the range of the jutsu.
- The range itself is also a hinderance to the jutsu, not being able to travel too long, if one were to move out of range of one or all three of the waves, even if they are fairly large and spread out amongst them, the justu would be useless. It's true jutsu of all types only have so far to go before dying out, but it doesn't mean it's not a disadvantage.
- Mainly this is something I find hard to deal with for the description, it says the waves can cut through anything, but that statement, I feel it's rather vauge and could cause arguments about just how strong the cutting power of the jutsu is, although I'm sure it's just my interpretation and lack of understanding.
Ways to counter this technique I'd say a simply matter of combating it with a large scale flame that's wider in it's range then this technique, or to that same logic, a larger more powerful wind technique.

Yeah when it comes to being able to cut anything its not very true that's just the description gathered from wiki. But as you stated, it might be strong enough to cut a human and stuff but you can expect it to slice through mountain smash or the S ranked earth golem and stuff like that.

In the anime this was seen to be used with swords but in our RP we can simply perform it without.
I want you to focus your since chakra throughout your hand and swipe it in front of you similar to the last technique. By doing so you will release your wind chakra and manipulate it to create slicing wind gust which will travel towards an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and cancel it out.

- Although this is a relatively low level technique, the ability to cancel out on coming Futton techniques offensive and defensive (or supplementary) in nature is always useful. Take for example somebody using Great breakthrough. Such a powerful wide spread gust of wind, with this technique, you could essencially cancel it out.
- Lack of handseals required for this jutsu means the activation of the technique is fast. Although when shinobi (members) master a specific element, they have the ability to cast fairly powerful techniques or techniques that requires sevearl seals with one hand. However in the case of people who are still in training, techniques that require less seals means faster activation of the jutsu, which is always good.
- Last thing I can think of for this technique in it's usefulness, is maybe, it could act as a weakening mechanism for other futton techniques. The description entails that it dispells techniques of C ranked wind and below, however, in other cases with offensive techniques that are B-ranked and possibly A-ranked, this could work to weaken an attack a degree (level or so). I'm not sure if this is accurate or not but I could see it as a possibility.
- To be frank with it, this is essencially the same technique as the last one, the only difference is that the slicing wind is meant to expell/render another technique of this level or below useless.
- As said before this may be useful even if it can nullify techniques of this rank and below, in other cases like stronger level attacks (B-ranked and up) this technique may be useless. Techniques of this rank may not be used as often as say B-ranked techniques so this jutsu could be useless, unless my previous point above is true in some cases then it may not be. However even if so, the technique would still head forth and still casue damage.
- The technique's only use is to nullify another technique, this isn't offensive and doesn't have the possibility of causing anybody any damage. Should my opponent use a C-level technique I could simply use this technique to nullify it and quickly follow up with the beast wave palm and have that travel and do maximum damage to them (or attempt to). If my theory about the above scinerio is correct (about weakening jutsu). In the case of maybe a B-ranked offensive jutsu being used, I could use this technique and then in sucession use the previous technique to effectively cancel it out.

About the weakening B ranks, that would indeed be correct. However I suggest you never go for that approach. Its better that you go either for overpowering it and continuing at a weakened state or at least cancelling you. You never want to waste a technique to counter an other and still let it continue towards you. I can only see this done unless you do not have the required training to counter it of if the opponent enhances their own attack at the last second with some CJ.
After performing the necessary hand seals "Tiger → Hare → Dragon" I want you to focus your wind chakra out in front of you and manipulate the air to create three cyclones of wind. You will manipulate the wind in such a way that it would appear to be that the wind itself are a bunch of petals that head towards your target in the manner of a cyclone.

) would be that I don't have sufficient enough jutsu...well actually I do have Katon mastered so that always works Strong points
- The technique reqiures a small amount of seals making the jutsu quick to use in it's counter or in it's execution as an attack. As I said before, when seals are required of the user, the more there are the longer it'll take for the jutsu to use and it could leave room for openings.
- The wind cyclones can be controled, meaning there is no one static direction that the confined area of wind must abide to. The jutsu could me manouvored to attack around your opponent from diffrent angles (front, back, sides, and even from the top to force them downwards).
- The wind in a condenced area create cyclones. With the power of the winds is stronger as it's more condenced, since there is more pressure so each of the cyclones have a fair amount of force behind them to cause damage to your opponent.
- THey may be stronger condenced howerver, as the wind isn't wide spread, the technique could be avoided or blocked with a technique of less volume. Unlike Preasure damage or Great Break through, the jutsu isn't very wide and even though this technique may provide a stronger impact or a more forceful impact, it does have a flaw in it's width primarily.
- Although you can manouvor the wind cyclones, you can't start the winds from another point entirely. For example the cyclones can't be manifested behind your opponent from the start, it must be directed outwrds in front of you and then move to the positions you desire.

Ways to counter this technique The jutsu isn't wide spread, meaning it could be avoided with another jutsu without much need for displacing yourself too much.

Pretty simple technique. I want you to focus your wind chakra around your desired arm and manipulate the air around you. You will then release a wave of wind that heads towards your desired target.

Ways to counter this technique A simple barrier or wall such as the Mud wall jutsu, would be sufficient in blocking the technique.

Strong points
- Slashing winds are always good for something, whether or not it's cutting through your opponent, clones or objects. In the case of projectiles, I guess the preasure that makes the winds sharp enough to cut will be enough to deflect the projectiles (basic ones like kunai and shuriken).
- The technique specifies a wave of wind so we can assume that the wind is rather spread out, which is always a plus. The wave of slicing winds means it can cut from several angles in the front of your opponent, and it's much harder to avoid, simply by going to the sides.
- No hand seals required for this jutsu. As said before, the less hand seals required, the quicker the draw is for the jutsu to be executed for offense, defense, or counter.
- The technique is pretty basic, meaning there is few dynamics to it that make it special or give it special traits that can be used in a more versitile way. The jutsu is just a slicing wave of wind. The wind can't travel or be manipulated into any alternative directions like the previous jutsu. It lacks versitility.
- The jutsu isn't perticurally strong. The wave may slash and push your opponent back, however there isn't much killing potential withi this technique, and with it's lack of alternative use or supplamentary use in some sort of way, this technique would be bes suited for simply hindering your opponent in a way.

Ways to counter this technique A simple barrier or wall such as the Mud wall jutsu, would be sufficient in blocking the technique.

Okay now, I want you to focus your wind chakra throughout the blade and swing it in your desired location. As you are swinging the blade you will release the wind chakra that was being focused around its blade to create a powerful wind whirlwind of gusts that are manifested by manipulating the very same wind chakra you channeled and the wind around you.

Strong points
- This technique is different then the others simply because it isn't just a simple gust generated from seals, but the user involves a tool this time. Swinging the blade allows the wind to travel faster.
- There are no seals required, the execution of this technique is souly dependent on the user's swinging of their blade to release the winds and have them travel towards your opponent.
- I'd imagine that this gust would travel much faster then the other techniques and the blade's enhancement of the technique should aid in making the gust a little sharper then most techniques and potentially cause more damage (deeper lacerations) to your opponent's body.
- The user will need a sword to preform this technique otherwise it's useless. Although I have my own blade, in a lot of other cases, just as you've done, you've tossed me a katana for the sake of learning the technique. You're opponent won't do that for you xd.
- The chanelling of chakra through the blade produces a gust and not so much a wide ranged wind so again, this technique could potentially be evaded vertically or horizontally with the aid of another jutsu.
- The blade only produces a whilrwind, not necessarily a slicing blade like wind, which would be an affect that would be benificial for a technique like this one to have. This jutsu would only be good for pushing back your opponents mainly.
Ways to counter this technique There is that other technique that you taught that could do just the trick for this technique in the effects of canceling it out, since this is the same level as the other.

*I take the blade and focus my fuuton chakra around the blade and I lift the blade above my head and I swing it down vertically, creating a gust, and releasing my stored chakra in my blade to create a powerful whirlwind gust of wind that travels outwards in front of me and makes contact with a tree, blowing back the leaves.*
