Replicate the hand signs I just showed you, then channel wind chakra all around your body, and throughout into the air, then utilize it with the air particles to form a gust of wind that sends the opponent scurrying backwards, the technique is similar to the gale you learned earlier, however this one needs hand signs but is to a higher scale. As it can level most of the things that would be in your line of sight, such as sending a kunai back towards your opponent. I want you to perform the technique twice, once towards the terrain around you *points towards a tree* try to knock it down, making sure that the gust is supposed to be large and powerful, and once you're done with that, use a smaller-scale version to send this kunai back towards me *tosses you a kunai*

Be ware that once you have got far enough in Fire training, this is a perfect jutsu that can be used with a fire, to enhance it and make a fire/wind combination.

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Ways to use: I might use this tech to break up a weak doton Jutsu to send a wind+rock combo at my enemy. Also, you can combo this technique with D-Rank rocks to emulate bullets.

Ways to counter: I'd counter this technique by taking air, and using a fire tech. Also, I'd take advantage of the 5 seals that're required, and snare my enemy into a Genjutsu whilst he Is performing the hand-seals.

Nothing, It's another technique you'll learn, a variation of it..

Perform these hand signs *Shows* and concentrate on your Wind chakra. Channel it throughout your entire body and more importantly into your gullet. Where there, you will exhale a small stream of wind from your mouth. The wind itself will utilize with the air particles, and quickly form a gust of Wind, along with small particles of dust, though not any rocks due to the fact that it doesn't cut that deep on the Earth's surface. The gust will then move towards your opponent, only in a straight line, as it can't be directed by your will or chakra. The gust is composed of highly fast, rotating currents of wind that is powerful enough to cut off 2 inches of deep flesh from an average ninja, or even able to send him flying into the air, Team Rocket style. xD

Originally, this move is Temari's, however in our RP people can use without the need of her fan. But, if you were to have a fan in your possession, you don't need to perform the hand signs, only performing a slashing motion with the fan itself will do the trick.

Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Performing quickly handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjunction with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

*Richter build his Fuuton chakra, weaves the required hand-seals, and distributes it throughout his body, but moves the largest fraction of chakra to his mouth. Next, he exhales, and releases a small stream of air that quickly grows larger, and becomes a fast, rotating current of wind; one that cuts down several trees.*

Ways to use: I feel this technique would work well against Water release. Even though this technique doesn't cut deep enough into the ground to pick up Rocks, would it be able to do so if it collides with an earth jutsu such as "Doton: Doton no Jutsu?"

Ways to counter: This jutsu costs 4 hand-seals; one can be caught in a Genjutsu before they're done weaving them. Also, if you evade this technique, you can utilize the debris that it creates to your advantage in the latter stages of the battle.

The next one doesn't need that much of a description or heavy detail, simply gather your Fuuton chakra throughout your body and channel it into your gullet. Where you then compress it into the form of a sphere, and expel it out of your mouth. The sphere should be quite large, about a 2 to 3 meters in radius, and when directed towards your opponent, will blow small particles of dust, small rocks and generally the heavy current of wind will obscure his vision, and when the sphere of Wind collides with him, it will knock him back, doing minor injuries, nothing too lethal.

Ways to use: Since this technique isn't too fatal on it's own, it might be ideal for fire combos, and various other supplementary uses.

Ways to counter: this technique can be easily stopped by Earth techs, and won't do much damage against a Mandalore. (I'm guessing)

Now, perform these hand signs *shows* Whilst extending your arms forward, and channel your wind chakra throughout your body, but more importantly towards your extended arms. There, by using easy shape manipulation, mixed with your wind chakra, form a large, lets say a 3 meter in radius sized sphere at your hand. And then, by again using shape manipulation, change the form to a vortex and send it towards your opponent with great force.

Now, begin by extending your more dominant arm forwards, and bending it inwards from the elbow, so that your thumb will be close to your chest. Then, using your wind chakra, channel a moderate amount into that arm, and with a quick, swift motion, swing your arm towards its own direction, so that it ends up extended at your side, and in doing so, you'll be releasing a crescent made out of wind that moves in a direction all based upon your will and thoughts. Meaning you can direct it all by yourself by just thinking, for a more advanced version, simply perform the same procedure but upon releasing the first crescent, swing your arm two more times, releasing a total of three crescents formed out of wind.

*Richter extends his arms and performs the required hand-seals, Tiger → Snake → Ram, and builds his wind chakra all throughout his body, but sends an above-average amount to his extended arms, and channels the chakra out his hands. He then uses shape manipulation and controls the surrounding air to manifest a large sphere of wind. After that, he uses shape manipulation again, but this time he spins the wind while keeping the potency of the current steady, and then forces it forward, extending the spiral in the form of a vortex that travels onward, wreaking havoc*

Ways to use: Since this jutsu moves forward while spinning, it might be even better if debris is mixed in.

Ways to counter: Considering the spinning nature of this tech, I'd guess that it'd require a decent amount of control. Therefore, jutsus that disrupt your chakra, or if your system is unbalanced due to an external input of energy, this technique could potentially be nullified completely.

What would happen if you used fire on the initial shape manipulated sphere? Would it make a prerequisite for a flame vortex?

*Richter extends his strong arm (right arm) forward and begins to build his wind chakra in is arm. Next he brings his arm inwards, focuses the chakra in his finger tips,and then swings his arm, releasing the chakra from his finger tips to form a crescent of wind that travels until it cuts down a tree and dissipates*

Ways to use: Damn, this tech can be used to boost the destructive power of your fire techs at unexpected times by moving your jutsu with your mind.

Ways to counter: It could prove to be bad if you're tricked by shadow clones, or subs, considering the fact that your mind will be fixated on directing the crescent. Genjutsu and Keigoku are good counters to this jutsu, aswell.

Pretty simple technique here. You'll create a slicing gust of wind that'll split an incoming wind technique in half and have it disperse, leaving you unharmed. If you're a wind specialist you'll be able to neutralize B-rank and lower wind, if not you can only disperse C-rank and lower..

I want you to perform the Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals and then summon a cyclone of petals that you will send towards my clone. You can direct the petals wherever you desire so I want you to carefully send them towards my clone as he moves around.
