Hm a new rper huh? Well i'd say your wind release explanation is spot on. ^^ If you have any questions at all, let me know.

Don't worry about them. Pein's here to assist you in your training, mainly as targets to be honest. xD Let's begin. To start performing wind jutsu you need to get a strong mental image of the essence of wind (a description of wind's characteristics) and convert a portion of your chakra to the wind nature. The first jutsu is a basic wind gust created by imbuing the air with a small amount of fuuton chakra and manipulating it to move forward. Try blowing sand into this guy's eyes.

*After listening to my Senpai's instructions I start to gather a good amount of wind infused chakra which I then channel all through out my body. Once that has been done, I release all of the gathered chakra into the air around us, this allows me to manipulate the wind and so I thanks to my chakra in the wind, send all of the wind forward and towards Deva path. As the wind travels at fast speeds it picks up sand, in real battle this should cause trouble to my opponent but this time I just want to get as much as sand as possible into Deva's eyes*

Superb. Now i want you to imbue the air in front of you with wind chakra and manipulate it to spin rapidly, creating a spinning wall of sharp wind. It should be able to repel weapons thrown at you and taijutsu attacks. Protect yourself.

Excellent. Here's an easy one: Breathe in while focusing wind chakra in your lungs. Then leap upwards and exhale a steady stream of wind capable of propelling you in the opposite direction you're facing. Try it out and I hope you don't mind a little incentive...

*'Shit' is what I say in my mind as I jump as high as possible into the air and seeing the snakes below me. Knowing full well what I have to do, I adjust my body while at the same time I gather a good amount of wind infused chakra which I then channel onto my mouth. Once I feel all of the gathered chakra flowing through my mouth I release a stream of wind which basically pushes me backwards with great speed. Once I've gotten away from the area filled with snakes I stop from releasing the stream from mouth, landing safely back on the ground*
Ok. For this one you need to imbue the air with wind chakra and manipulate it to accelearate ahead of you. This should create a powerful wind stream you''l use to carry away your target and large debris in between that will strike him in mid air. Try it on those guys.

This creates a powerful stream of wind which picks up small rocks as it makes it's way towards my targets. The strong stream of wind carries my opponent while the rocks that it picked up strike them, causing some damage*
Great. We've reached the c-ranks and now you'll be learning sets of 3 jutsu. For the first one just clap your hands together before compressing the air in front of you and directing it ahead of you as a sudden gust of wind. While it doesn't do much damage by itself, it is best used on throwing weapons to boost their speed. Hit a Pein with a few shurikens launched by the wind.

This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Next, grab some small weapons and infuse them with wind chakra. Then toss them in the air, using the wind chakra to create small wind gusts around them so you may control their flight. Here's a moving target for you.

*I start off by gathering a good amount chakra, a slight second after I clap both of my hands together while at the same time I release my chakra in front of me. I then send all of the air in front of me towards pain as a powerful gust of wind, normally this jutsu would only know my opponent backwards but to make things interesting I throw a few shurikens into the gust of wind which adds to the shurikens speed and cutting power*
(Fūton: Kaiten Shuriken) - Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken
*After listening to my Senpai's instructions I watch as one of the pain's moves around, making it harder to aim. I then proceed to grab a few shuriken, a slight second after I gather a good amount of wind infused chakra which I then channel onto the shurikens which I then toss into the air. I manipulate my wind chakra to create small wind gusts around them so that I could control their flight, which follows up by me aiming in front of where the pain is heading and sending them towards that area, pain and the shurikens should clash*
(Fūton: Daitoppa) - Wind Release: Great Break Through
*After successfully performing the previous jutsus I perform the Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake hand seals which basically allow me to gather a large amount of wind infused chakra into my lungs whilst I inhale air. Once that has been done I release a powerful gust of wind at a tree house not too far from where I'm standing, the gust of wind ends up knocking the house down due to it's force*
Well done. Now i want you to form handseals (idk which. This was temari's move =.=) and gather wind chakra in your lungs. Then release from your mouth a violent gust of wind with slicing vacuum pockets created through the collision of the many wind streams in the gust, allowing it to leave small cuts on whatever it hits. Try it on a few dummies.
(Fūton: Kamaitachi no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Sickle Weasel Technique

I do this because the next jutsu requires me to release a large amount of air, so once I feel the chakra flowing through my lungs I release from my mouth a sphere of condensed invisible air towards your clone. As the sphere makes contact with the clone it quickly knocks him into the ground*
(Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind
*Seeing the two clones standing at different locations, I start to gather a good amount of wind infused chakra which I quickly channel to my dominant arm which is my right. Once I feel the chakra flowing rapidly I release from arm as I make a wave with it a gust of wind. Since the gust has my chakra inside of it, it allows me to quickly manipulate it, creating several small tornadoes of air that I send to a group of dummies and to the two clones you had created*
Well done. Now i want you to perform the Tiger, Snake, and Ram handseals while gathering wind chakra in your hands. Then thrust forward your hands and release a vortex of wind from them to blast away your target while damaging him. Try it on a dummy.

It should be powerful enough to cut through stone and you could control the blade through your will and thoughts. By rapidly swiping your hand you could release up to three of them. I have two boulders next to me. Try sending one through a boulder and then cutting up the other with three blades.
(Fūton: Jūha Shō) - Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike

This jutsu is used as a defense against certain wind jutsu. As a wind attack is heading at you you would need to gather wind chakra in your sword and wave it, releasing a slicing wind gust in the process. This gust should split the attack in half and make it harmless though it would only work for a c-rank or lower wind jutsu.

Once I feel the chakra flowing through my body I send all of it to my hands. I then follow up by thrusting my hands forward with force and at the same time I release all of the gathered chakra in the form of a vortex wind which I send towards a dummy and once the blast makes contact with it, the dummy is sent flying backwards*
(Fūton: Jūha Shō) - Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike
*After finishing with the first jutsu I listen to further instructions. I then gather a good amount of wind infused chakra in my right hand, after doing this I slice my hand down as if I were holding a sword and release a crescent-shaped blade of concentrated wind chakra towards the area next to the large boulder. Once released I start to imagine the direction the blade is traveling and with my will I get to change the way it's traveling, the wind blade now heads towards the large boulder and cuts right trough it*
*I then do the same steps I did last time but this time I rapidly swipe my hand much faster and release three wind blades towards the six path of pains. Then to change the blades directions I start to think in my mind and with my will I change their direction, so they now head towards the last boulder which ends up getting cut through*
(Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter
*After my senpai releases a gust of wind towards me I quickly take action and grab my sword from my left hip. I then follow up by gathering a good amount of wind infused chakra and sending it into my sword. Once that has been done I wave my sword eleasing a slicing wind gust in the process that splits through your gust of wind and makes it harmless*
Good job. For this one i want you to perform the Tiger, Hare, and Dragon handseals before using your wind chakra to summon a cyclone of flower petals carried by wind that you should be able to direct in any direction and attack enemies with. Find a dummy to try it on.
