Description: User will create a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against him. It splits an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and makes it harmless.

Okay, proceed to form the handseals of Tiger → Hare → Dragon, and then summon up a cyclone of Wind. Direct this cyclone at Wind - remember how flexible this move is and that you are able to control it in any way you wish.

*starts gathering his Futon chakra*
When he thinks that he has enough, he moves it in to his palms, and starts summoning the flower petals that are needed for doing this technique. Just after he summons an certain amount of petals, he controls his Wind chakra with shape manipulation to make them stay in the air. When he has enough petals, he gathers them all into one one wind vortex. He locates the sensei's clone and then releases a cyclone of petals of petals towards it, making it clash into the rock and disappear. Then he repeats the process a bit faster and shoots it into a tree top, making it loose it's leaves. Then he makes the cyclone of petals much faster than a first one and hits a flying bird, showing the mastery and control of this technique.

Excellent, I especially enjoy how you detail your techniques.
So because this is a high velocity vortex, how do you think this might differ from the previous jutsus when you direct it at an opponent?

I enjoy writing these answers.

This techique is different from others because it doesn't really harm the opponent. (well, the technique is made of petal O_O). It will only harm the opponent if she pushes him/her into the rock or to make him/she stand where he wants to make the other jutsu or trap work.

Hm, well, you are able to control the direction and power of this jutsu, so that not might be the whole case. High accelerating wind is pretty powerful, ESPECIALLY if combined with fire...

(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.

Alright, this one is simple.
Just proceed to release a wave of wind at my clone.

*starts by gathering his chakra*
When he finishes, he starts moving it toward his gullet and the mouth. When the Futon chakra arrives to his lips, he uses shape manipulation to make a wave of wind. Soon as the part of chakra that he creates leaves his body and turns into wind, it starts going at the sensei's clone and so on. When he uses all of the chakra, he releases a full wave of wind that slashes the clone really bad and makes it disappear.

Description: The user unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent.

Now, proceed to take this blade and charge Wind chakra to it. And much like the slicing jutsu earlier, utilize the sword in a quick stroke downwards, syncing it with your Wind chakra to send out whirlwind gusts of winds towards my clone.

*takes the blade in his right hand*
He starts gathering his Futon chakra and then sending it towards the blade. When the first piece of chakra come there, he starts charging the blade with his chakra. He stops when he thinks that the blade has enough of chakra. Then, he concentrates hardly and starts swinging the sword by lifting it up. After that, he uses shape manipulation to activate the chakra in the blade to turn into wind. After a few seconds, a wind stream is circling all around the sword. Then, he bring down the blade fast creating a whirlwind of gusts of wind going toward the sensei's clone. He repeats the process by swinging the blade once more even quicker creating another one going strait to the clone. The two winds slash the clone.

Excellent. Going to going some basic Kenjutsu here.
First, what would be the difference in power here if you use one hand in comparison to two hands?
Secondly, did you swing it in a vertical or horizontal manner before you?

 

[Thoth]

Two hand would give much more power as you can concentrate your chakra even more and release more chakra.
I swing it horizontally.

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they swing it to create a powerful whirlwind of gusts of wind by releasing the wind chakra in sync with the swing of the sword.

This next one is very standard.
Proceed to build up chakra within your lungs and then release a stream of wind at my clone. Describe the effect pressure on this jutsu.

 

[Thoth]

*starts gathering his chakra in his stomach*
When he's done and think that he has enough of it, he starts moving it towards the lung and there, he starts making the pressure. He feels that he has enough of pressure and then severely releases it towards his mouth. When the chakra get out of the mouth (in a split of a second), he creates a powerful stream of wind using shape manipulation. He watches the stream push the opponent really hard into a tree, making even the tree decompose in two peaces.

Creating the pressure makes the technique more powerful.As much as you take time to make the pressure, the effectiveness will be greater and the jutsu will be deadlier.

*gives you normal sword* O_O Okay, keep that, we'll need it for quite some techniques.
Alright, well, proceed to charge Wind chakra into your sword and then start spinning it around, causing waves of Wind to start forming around you as do so.

*catches the sword when his sensei throws it to him*
He grabs the sword with his right hand. He starts collecting his Fuuton chakra and stops when he thinks that he's prepared enough of it. Then, he starts moving it towards the his hand. When it gets there, it crosses to the sword. Now he has a sword floating with his chakra and he's ready to perform the technique. He uses the shape manipulation to releasethe chakra and make it circle around the sword. Now, he triggers the chakra to circle narrowly around the sword. He takes a deep breath and starts expanding the wind flow. When on of it gets really close to his face, he uses manipulation over it to make it bypass him. After a few seconds, he gets a vortex of wind surround him and protecting him.

Wow, sensei! The best defense so far. ^_^

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

Now, proceed to take this trench knife and exhale Wind chakra onto it. Describe the impact if you were to throw it into the air and at my clone in comparison to a normal one.

 

[Thoth]

*grabs the trench knife and put his fingers of the right hand into the holes*
He starts gathering his chakra in his stomach and then starts moving it toward his hand. When the Fuuton chakra gets there, he carefully moves it to the knife. Now, he has a weapon full of his chakra. He concentrates and starts trying to exhale the Wind chakra on to. After a short time, he succeeds and has a weapon with wind floating around it. Now, he uses the shape manipulation to make the wind to go straight and neat along the knife. When he gets that, he starts making it really sharp. When he finishes it, he starts running to sensei's clone and pierces through it, causing it to vanish.

I could also throw the knife. This technique is increasing the speed and the power of it. It's much sharper and can easily pierce through human body and even firmer materials. If I use a shuriken, it makes a great circle around it, causing it's range to be bigger, plus the speed and cutting power.
