Wind release vs Fire release

It has been said that wind is weak against fire because fire is feulled by air, i get that. But i think wind can be strong against fire since it blows the fire in the other direction+fuelles it. So i think wind is definitely strong against fire, what do you guys think?

Air is drawn to low pressure so unless its a weak fire vs strong wind then fire wins everytime.

The way chakra natures work is that fire can overpower wind while getting stronger from,however if a high class jutsu like Rasen Shuriken is used against something like Great Fire Ball then the former would overpower the latter since it's a stronger jutsu.
