Hello master:
1.Wind Release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind Release is mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. A rarity among the five chakra natures, wind techniques are usually performed by generating air circulation and can be enhanced through this method as well. Wind-natured chakra can also be channelled into blades to increase their cutting power and overall range.
2.Futon in real life is wind the air we breath, and the wind that gives us electricity xd
3.Futon is strong against Lightning, it can be used to increase fire style, and it's weak against it.

Yes, as the wind, brings down the temp of the water changing it into ice as the wind brings the water down pass its freezing point.

Ok, i want you to focus your wind chakra, as you did with the leaf. Then i want you to manipulate the wind around you, allowing you to kick up/blow sand that is scattered across the floor. This sand will make your opponent fall or block their vision. If you use this in a very sandy area, it would be very effective.This sand gets all over the trees and whatever is in the terrain. Ok, give it a try

Ok, i want you to focus your fuuton chakra, creating a spinning wall of wind that can be used for defense or to attack.Make sure you use shape manipulation and consistently focus your chakra so it don't lose its shape. This wall can be used to stop projectiles and close combat fighters. Just so you know, if you throw a smoke bomb or a paper bomb at the wall, it will immediately detonate because of the winds slicing power.

This is a very useful technique.
