That could work, though I think the two wind jutsu would react in a way that would in fact save your target. I was thinking of adding another elemental jutu to the tornado. Since they are trapped, adding fire to the tornado would make it burn you target and/or deal up to S-rank damage (If you mixed an A-rank fire jutsu). If you mixed an A-rank water jutsu to the tornado, it would drown your target and/or deal similar amounts of damage to an S-rank jutsu.

It's these thing you should think about in a battle.

As you said.I jump towards a big rock facing my back. I inhaled deep air and mix it with my wind-chakra by performing the Rat → Rabbit → Dog hand seals. I suddenly turned back at that big rock and released a pressurised and thin bullet of wind. I saw that my thin and presurrised bullets even peirced that rock and created a hole in it.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra.in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

Inhale another breath of air and mix it with your chakra like before, while performing the Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog hand seals. Then start spinning around on the spot while releasing a compressed stream of air to create a slicing wind barrier around you, slicing through whatever may be unlucky enough to be within mid-range of you.

I performed the Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog hand seals and exhaled a compressed amount of air mixed with my wind-chakra....then i start spinning it around my body until it releases all the compressed air..and producing all the slicing wind all around me....to the mid-range.. And cutting all the rocks and trees around me and devastating all the surroundings around me....

And it will be my mistake to use it before fire-elemental users...because it could be deadly if fire touches my this jutsu... I can be left burned into ashes.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Send your wind chakra into the sky above you, using it to create dark clouds. Then manipulate your chakra to bring down and create an F5 (Really strong tornado/high wind speeds) tornado that slashes up anything nearby. Just remember that in order to slash things, it needs to be made from cutting wind!

Its great sensei.....i accumulated my wind-chakra through my veins and send it to the sky above me and suddenly a dark-clouds gets gathering above the sky.
I controlled my chakra to bring a f5 tornado from those black clouds to earth.. I maupulated my wind-chakra so thin and sharpen to make that violent and massive tornado... All of a sudden the surroundings around me gets ruptured and slashed.... The whole atmoshphere gets intensed.. It was a pretty bada$$ jutsu sensei...

So you can make the tornado come down anywhere within mid-range of your self, making it quite handy. However, it is not a quick jutsu unless the weather is already cloudy and dark.

Description: The user sends wind into the sky to darken the clouds and make the environment stormy. These clouds will create a cutting tornado that comes down as a F-5 tornado with slicing wind.

This one can be performed with a large fan or by performing seven hand seals. I'll teach you the method with hand seals xD

Perform seven hand seals (Not specified which ones) and then use your wind chakra to create two tornadoes near my clone, the first to trap him and the second to merge with the first and cut my clone to pieces.

This will require you to create a tornado that purely will draw in and hold my clone, then you'll use the second tornado to merge with the first, however this second tornado will be made with slicing winds. This adds greater force to the jutsu being that my clone can't escape easily due to the first tornado, while being cut up by the second!

now with intense pressure of chakra... I used seven hand seals..to create a tornado having hollow in middle so that i can capture your clone inside it. When i finished capturing him ,i again created another tornado but this time with slicing and thin wind with sharp edges... I manupulated my chakra to merge my both tornados into one... Since those tornadoes rotates in same direction and their same size. This made my tornado increase in size and increase in speed. This creates a massive affect to your clones inside the tornado... Wearing of his skins, breaking his ribs, cutting his limbs and finally devastating him into pieces... Hahaha this is awesome sensei...great.

This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

This is similar to the above jutsu except you only create the first tornado to trap and drive your target into the ground.

I performed my hand seals samueltaniously Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram and seals and concentrated my wind chakra towards my mouth. And with a pressure inside my mouth i created a 2 metre long sharp wind blade into the atmoshphere targeting your clone....
When my blade contact into the outer atmoshphere, it suddenly transfered into a powerful gust of wind destroying your clones into the air and making him pieces .... Pretty amazing.

I performed the bird hand seal and accumulated my wind chakra into my lungs and exhaled a large and powerful stream of wind which is mixed with dust and sands. I then aimed your clone and directed all those stream of wind into your clone. This made him make his eyes and ears covered in sand and dust. And finally pushed him off a several distance away leaving him all poured in sand and dust all over his faces making him blind, dumb abd vulnerable to all of my attacks...

I then attacked your clone with my fishing net. As i threw it towards him, his whole body was cut into massive several small pieces with a dreadful voice from your clone.
