I am using this element because my bio basic element is fuuton and i'm planning to use it like my right hand so that it can mix with my fire element and create devastation and get strong and avoid minor enemies and defeat within a instance.

Wind is weak against fire but Wind is strong when battled with lightening.
The combination of fire and wind are strong and wind can also be mixed with earth element to give it a shape and cut through hard pieces with the element earth.

You can indeed combine earth with wind but it will most likely result in spreading a blanket of dust over the field. It is also the two elements behind Gaara's sand jutsu.
You can combine water with wind to create a hard to counter combination that is not normally expected.

Well wind element is usually for to slash or cut through objects. Wind element can even create tornado and hurricanes especially used by Temari and Naruto with his wind Element even cut the whole fall into half..
As said by asuma by concentrating wind element in kunai can make it even more fatal and dangerous that a simple kunai can be cut into two halves. By molding wind chakra in Rasengan can make the rasengan to A'level weapon Rasenshuriken

Well moulding of air chakra inside body and concentrating those chakras into any weapon like kunai and blades and making the air chakra sharp so that it can be used as sharp cutting objects and same principle is applied in the rasenshuriken too moulding and concentrating chakra to its final extention that it shapes like a shuriken.

So what I was aiming for was you using you chakra to shape the wind currents so they have very small edges, giving them the ability to cut stuff!
You should also be aware that wind can push large objects with a lot of force. What does wind do if it can't push something out of the way?

Wind can absolutely push larger objects with alot of force but if the object is of much caliber than the wind chakra can slash or cut that objects into many pieces to make the way.. Am i to the point sensei? I hope i'm.... Datebayooo

Correct, if you shape the win correctly you can slice through almost any obstacle. To shape the wind so it cuts you will have to use your chakra to compress the wind currents so that they are thin and sharp. If you don't shape the wind to slice through as obstacle, depending on its size, the wind will go around whatever is in it's path.
So overall, wind is a free flowing element that can be compressed in order to cut through almost anything.

Well then, I may as well start you off before I sleep ^^
I want you to release your chakra out around you and the use it to take control of the winds to create a small gust. Direct this gust of wind to pick up the sand/dirt/dust from the ground around you and cover my clone in a light layer of it while he sleeps over there.

Okay sensei.. With determined eyes. I released my wind-chakra all around my body and tried to lift up some dusts,dirts and leaves around me.. I tried my best with the 1st time.., and again concentrated more and released my chakras more to lift all the dusts,sands and leaves around me and covered your clones in sleeping position.
I grinned at your clone and apologize for the dust in his nose,ears and eyes...

Very nice, this can be used quite well to temporarily blind your opponent so you can run away or attack.
Now hold your hands out in front of you and charge them with your wind chakra. When you are ready I want you to release your chakra and start manipulating it to cause the wind to form a dense wall that should deflect my shuriken that I will throw at you.

I shook my head inorder to show acceptance towards you.
Then i moved my both hands forward and manipulated my chakras in my hands and molded my chakras infront of me inorder to create a wall of chakra.
When i saw you throwing shuriken towards me. With the full might i forced my chakra towards your shurikens in-order to deflect them and finally drop them on ground.
Yahooo it was kinda unique jutsu sensei.

It can be a very helpful jutsu too, use it just as someone gets to close and them BAM! They get shoved by a wall of wind!
Inhale a deep breathe of air and mix it with your fuuton chakra, then blow it at the ground in front of you to kick up a large amount of dust to mask your location. Then run away and hide before the cloud disperses!

I inhaled mass amount of air and mixed it with my wind-chakra and mould it inside me..i then burst that whole amount of air infront of my ground making the dust covering my area like an opaque mask..i swiftly moved and hide under the bushes before that dust would dissappear.this would make me purely unpredictable where i'm hiding. Isn't it sensei?

Sometimes it can be a great escape jutsu as it masks your exit, whether it be via another jutsu or by simply running away. You can also use it to mask your preparations for another attack if you have the time.
Take aim at my clone and then use your wind chakra to direct a violent updraught of wind that should lift him up into the air as well as bringing rocks up with it. As my clone is in the air the rock should continue to fly up past him while some hit him to deal damage to him. Then release your control of the wind and watch him fall to the ground.
