Description: This technique will infuse wind-based chakra into bladed weapons. The user can than manipulate the blades in a spinning manner to attack the target.
Gather you wind chakra as you perform the Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake hand seals. After performing them I want you to release your chakra and use it to manipulate the wind so that it is strong enough to push over my clone, standing before you.
*I begin by memorizing the string of handseal you showed to me, repetitively practicing them until I've got it down pat. Afterwards, I close my eyes and engage in a light meditation once more, doing my breathing exercises . . again. I maintain a clear head, focusing on nothing other than the rate of my breathing while simultaneously, but steadily, molding chakra. I periodically increase the amount of air I inhale and exhale before eventually holding my breath and opening my eyes once more. I imbue the air in my lungs with all of the chakra I've gathered up until that point. I focus less on giving the wind fine cutting abilities and more on it possessing a blunt force impact. After imbuing the air with my chakra - and before I asphyxiate myself - I perform the string of handseals you previously showed me and exhale the wind with the same technique used during my meditation (aimed for your clone). Almost like he was hit by a freight train, when the wind hits your clone, he's immediately swept off his feet and sent flying like a child play thing, soon afterwards dissipating.*

*As you go through your explanation, I watch and take special note of the string of handseals necessary to perform the technique properly - I take a few minutes practicing them, until I've got the sequence memorized. Afterwards, I take in a deep breath, holding the air in my lungs, simultaneous to kneading my chakra. As I mold chakra, I imbue it into the air held in my lungs. To get the desired results, I imagine my chakra being ground as finely and as razor sharp as possible, incorporating that into the jutsu. After I've molded enough chakra, and infused it into the air, I perform the string of handseals previously memorized and skillfully exhale the wind in the form of a razor sharp gust of wind, powerful enough to leave gashes on the surrounding trees.*

*To perform the (Fūton: Gōkūhō) - Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon technique, I begin by taking in a deep breath, simultaneous to molding my chakra. Afterwards, I hold my breath and infuse the air stored in my lungs with my chakra. To make sure that the jutsu has the desired blunt force impact abilities, I manipulate the air in my lungs to make it spin along with possessing a loose structure. How would you counter this?:Most fire style jutsu, or even an earth release jutsu could be used to defend/counter against this technique, though I'd lean towards the former. In order to perform the (Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind technique, I begin kneading chakra. After molding enough chakra, I change its qualities to more closely resemble wind - with a loose structure, freely flowing. After molding enough chakra, I release it into the surrounding air, dividing it up evenly into sections before causing the air to "chase itself" in the form of several small vortices. The tornadoes are thereafter aimed for a random tree. If I had any prior knowledge of the fire element, I would have tried out a dual element collaboration jutsu.*

It won't always apply as all wind jutsu tend to sound the same xD Just as long as you can distinguish between wind and say, fire jutsu using your other senses, you'll be fine.

One advantageous quality of this technique would, obviously, be the fact that it combos especially well with the fire release: running fire technique and the Earth Release: Earth Corridor technique. I can't really think of anything other than this, though.
One liability would be that the technique is generally not very powerful when used alone, or can be defended against with particular ease. Additionally, it requires a string of handseals (albeit, there are only a few seals).
I would this technique in battle . . . just as advised within the description of this jutsu; By using it conjunction with the Fire Release: Running Fire and Earth Release: Earth Corridor if at all possible.
If used alone, I would defend by either establishing a sturdy earthen defense, or by releasing a fireball in its direct trajectory. If used in conjunction with the other two aforementioned techniques, I could escape underground.
*To perform the (Fūton: Kami Oroshi) - Wind Release: Godly Wind From The Mountain, I begin by practicing and memorizing the necessary sequence of handseals. After getting the handseals down, I begin kneading chakra. Shortly after, when I've molded a sufficient amount of chakra, I perform the necessary handseals in order to release my energy into the surrounding air. The chakra is relesed in such a way that its characteristics closely resemble a loosely structured cycling vortex of wind. Under my complete control, I manipulate the wind vortex sending it flying in the direction of a random tree I previously picked out.*
One positive attribute to this technique is that the intense cutting abilities of this jutsu make it useful for possibly cutting through or disabling an opponents means of defense. Another bonus is that you can create multiple chakra waves, making it possible to hit multiple targets. Lastly, if it's controlled by the user's thoughts as the description suggests, that gives this technique a certain level of un-predictability.
One negative characteristic of this technique is that the more you split it up (the more waves created by the use of this technique) the weaker each individual attack is. Can't think of anything else.
How would I use it in battle? To swiftly dispatch of multiple enemies, or, if in close range, I might use it as little more than a feint in order to lure an opponent into reacting a certain way and fall into a trap follow up attack.
How would I counter it? I'd probably rely on fire release or a more powerful earth release technique. The wind should feed the flames, at least to some extent; While the wind is capable of cutting through barriers, a strong enough defense should be more than capable of withstanding a head on attack, or several.
*To perform the (Fūton: Jūha Shō) - Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike technique I begin by molding chakra, channeling it to my dominant hand. Simultaneously, I concentrate on the desired characteristics of the technique, wanting for it to be fast, accurate and to possess excellent cutting abilities. When I've molded enough chakra, I arch my arm back and swing it forward - At very moment I reach the peak of my swing, I condense and materialize my chakra making it as "tightly-packed" and razor sharp as possible. As I follow through with my swing, I release the chakra in the form of a razor sharp crescent wave of wind. Afterwards, I repeat the process all over again, except the second time around, I divide my chakra up evenly three times, creating three chakra waves as I wave my arm back and forth.*
Don't be afraid to point out more than one Advantage/Disadvantage. The same goes for how to use it battle with respect to combinations. ^^
(Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter

Description: User will create a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against him. It splits an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and makes it harmless.
When a C-rank or lower wind attack is launched at you (If you can deduce that without meta-gaming) you simply manipulate the wind in front of you to slice through the opponents jutsu, cutting it in half to render it useless.
You'll learn a better and more useful version in the B-ranks so keep in mind how this jutsu works.
(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.
Using the three hand seals, you'll use your wind chakra to summon a gentle cyclone of flower petals, that you can direct anywhere on the battlefield AND control how fast it spins. For instance, a nice gentle cyclone that just appears to blow the petals around and nothing else, before you up the power at the last minute to knock your opponent away.
