I'm going to be a 90 year old man that reviews anime on the Youtube equivalent of that time. My age will be my gimmick. I will shit on most of the anime and always nag about how today's kids will never know how great Naruto was.

It's one of many entertainment mediums. You probably won't ever not like it, unless it's some sort of a phase. I personally don't like anime, but I don't see why you'd be too old for it.

It's happening to me... Just last year I could binge-watch a whole 25-26 eps season of an anime.
Now I can't watch more than 2 at times and sometimes none at all.

Quit? Not happening. I enjoy anime but I'll admit that there are times that you need to take a break in order to enjoy anime again. Same thing happens with video games.
