Ookay, I take back what I said about the "Jubi was not a major factor between him and the rinnegan" if that pleases you lol. Maybe I was wrong but there is an obvious difference between Biju and Jutsu. The point of this thread is about new Jutsu coming into play. The Jubi is merely a composition of chakra which had formed inside Gedo Mazou thanks to the other 7 Bijuus, Kinkaku and Ginkaku and one of Hachibi's tail.
However, what I'm trying to say is that Madara should still be able to use his Rinnegan abilities even though he is not jinchuriki of the Jubi. You don't have to become a jinchuriki of the Jubi in order to use the Rinnegan abilities. Nagato wasn't a jinchuriki and those were not even his original eyes, yet he was able to use some of the six paths abilities. If the Rinnegan originally belongs to Madara, then he should be able to use the rest of them as well as those displayed by Nagato. If Madara does show us them, then it will be a good fight otherwise it will be boring and easy win for the 4 Hokages.
