Nope, Bleach isn't popular as it was back in the day.

But it seems to be making its way back to the top from the recent chapters.

Nope, there is a One Piece Bay since a while, but that's because NB members made it them self.

Anyway, you can see how active people are in the Bleach section on NB... Not... so it doesn't have any use...
