July 21th monday when WSJ is normaly (officialy) released and it is a day free of work, so WSJ should release chapter two days earlier on July 19th, which mean that we will get chapter also earlier on July 15th (if we are lucky U_U), or maybe even today.

This apply to Naruto and Bleach as well.

Probably but not necessarily. This happened before, even though the official release was on SAT the scans came on Wed as usual, so I'm saying that there is a probability we're getting a chapter tomorrow but this isn't definite

The best hope may be the raw leaks out and someone fan of Naruto willingly to translate it.

Yes, but chapter official is released in Monday, if chapter official will be relased earlier, that mean that they could get raw earlier and they still have time to clean pages and translate it befero Wendesday
