People are lacking insight of Tsunades story. I've posted this in another topic:

She won't die.... Keep in mind her "story" is to make sure naruto becomes the hokage. Because she is betting on him, betting one last time, since she failed the bet on Nawaki and Dan which shared the same dream as Naruto. So it's her destiny to finally get the bet right, and see her loved one reach his goal.

Killing her before Naruto becomes the Hokage, would be a complete anticlimax breakdown of a big part of the Naruto series.
