Will Toneri be a relevant Character in Boruto series?

Toneri wasn't shown in the manga of Boruto but was shown in the anime . In this case he will not appear after the movie adaptation if they're eventually following the manga .

Will Toneri even be relevant in Boruto anime? Will he play a big role? Or is this the only thing we see of him?
What do u guys think?
