I would find it unlikely, as during the christmas holiday, they generally take 2 or more weeks off.

However, i will still check, and im still hopeful that it will come out.

If it doesnt come out this week it might come out next week.

Last year I'm pretty sure there was a 2 or 3 week break starting with the last week of December.

Most likely not. Keep in mind that they create the chapter at hand the week before it comes out. So since the chapter was released on christmas, they were working on it the week prior. Therefore, they likely started the manga christmas break at that point. Simply put, I doubt there will be one this week.

There never has been (as far as i know) and never will be a double issue, there have been two double issues of shonen jump the last 2 weeks, so now there will be no chapter for two weeks.

At the end of the chapter it would say if there no manga chapter but it didnt say that meaning not even one piece and one piece always tell u if its a breakfast next week no pancakes only bacon lil bit of butter and syrup tell them don't dnt fry the bacon hard like last time

It only says that when there's no chapter in the next shonen jump, not when shonen jump goes on a break, otherwise every manga in shonen jump would have a note that there will be no chapter for the next two weeks, in stead of that jump notes it for itself.

The next release will probably be on Jan 15th....since 1st is falling on Wednesday...but there is an outside possibility of a chapter on 31st...don't be too hopeful.
